Had been looking for a Pick-up for 2-3 months. Saw the vehicle via Parkers/ Cazoo for sale by A1 Ortos ltd. Visited A1 Ortos Sunday 17th May, Met "Brett" who was extremely helpful, he got the vehicle into the building for us to check over. The vehicle had not yet been prepared for sale, yet looked and sounded immaculate. With Brett's input and professionalism the vehicle was on our drive BY Wednesday 20th May. (There was no sales pressure at all, if there had been any I would have walked). All seems well and I can only say that for us the purchase process was faultless.

These are a very professional outlet and have some of the nicest cars ive seen . With friendly staff , an is a very nice set up spoke with the manager and was so happy to help . Tony was the guy helping me with my purchase and trade in A* 10/10 all round smoth from start to finish

Tony was helpful through the process of buying my sons first car.
I usually don't find buying cars a great experience but this has been no pressure ,friendly and helpful service would buy from again.

Kenny was very helpful and made the sale smooth and easy, happy camper with my F Pace Jag purchase, put some fuel in to get me going nice touch, great service and some incredible motors at this garage for great prices

I recently had a decent experience with A1. Although it took a month to finalize everything due to our own travel plans, the dealership staff was incredibly patient and accommodating in particular Mark and Brett. They really looked after us throughout the entire process. There was some back and forth at times, but overall, their patience and service made it a positive experience.

Avoid sellers who list damaged‑repaired cars without being honest about it. Some will advertise the vehicle at full price, hide the fact it’s had rear‑end damage and filler work, and then try to shift responsibility once you discover the truth

Would highly recommend very professional and no pressure to buy the car. The sale man Brett and Tony was brilliant and all went very smoothly and more than happy to help with any questions. Plus they have some amazing cars there.

Tony made it such a good and smooth experience, can’t fault at all. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back in the future

Just picked up my BMW from Darren and i couldnt be happier. the car was exactly as described and really clean not sure what air freshener they use but its so nice.
Darren was really helpfull and couldnt do enough to help and answered all of my many questions. He Made sure the car had a new service for me and even helped me set my phone up.
Thanks again will be back when i need a new one.

Bought my car from A1 Ortos and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. Kenny — my guy — was top from start to finish.
No pressure, no typical sales talk, just a proper, genuine approach. He answered everything straight, didn’t dodge anything, and made the whole process feel easy (which is rare when buying a car).
Everything went exactly how he said it would—smooth, quick, no surprises. Just good, honest service all round.
