I bought a Lenovo M11 tablet Nov 2025 from this company must say no problem with delivery. I had a problem where I couldn’t switch it off at times only to leave it switched on til the battery ran down. Emailed them in February and told to return it. I returned it later as I was going away and didn’t want it to be delivered back during that time!!! Delivered back…. Well that’s a massive understatement to say the least!! Eventually after several emailsI was offered return or refund so I chose return, I’ve never seen it since with no explanation from them even after asking several times, why and where is it? I am very suspicious about where it ended up. My only given option was refund after a while. I can’t even remember how many times I asked when I would get my refund but months had gone by before it was sent back to PayPal. I must have done something wrong when I tried to transfer it back into my account as it was refunded back to them on Oct 2nd. The battle is back on for my refund. Asmin Abdelrazik, whom I believe is the company’s Big Chief gave the permission for my refund but is doing nothing to return it to me once again. I’ve come to realise that they are using AI for email responses and don’t give a s**t about customers. I’m a 73 year old state pensioner and this loss of both my tablet and £116.99 is a lot for me..The aforementioned male who had another property in Covent Garden that was permanently closed in February 2026, so he’s maybe in financial trouble and needs my money!!!! Just beware of this company, they are quick at selling and delivering but apart from that they are an abhorrent selfish company to deal with and all for £116.99.

First time ordered with google wallet fast checkout and for some reason the street name was not added to delivery address. Although it is perfectly deliverable, as i have done previously, they cancelled the order. Second time ordered with 2 day fast shipping at extra cost, didnt get any shipment notification for 2 days, although they promise same day dispatch. Called the customer service and the explanation was due to high number of orders they are unable to provide fast shipping. Giving 3 stars as the customer service was helpful in resolving the matter and the fast shipping charge was refunded.

Delivery service was good. the product was good

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 and it's just not been delivered despite them claiming its been shipped over a week ago. No replies from customer service team just keep get automated bot responses. Absolute disgrace.

SCAMMERS! Beware buying for A1 Tech Deals. I bought a JBL Bluetooth Speaker. It arrived pretty quickly & I returned it exactly as received 2 days later via there (expensive) return shipping. They have received it back (confirmed via email) but 5 weeks later zero refund. I’ve contacted them several times but no reply. Take your chance but I would be very careful ordering from my personal experience.

Buying from this site was the worst decision I've ever made! I bought headphones that didn't meet my expectations in terms of build quality and The sound quality is terrible! But they’re refusing to let me return the item because I tested it! It’s the worst store policy I’ve ever seen! I will never shop there again.

These guys are scammers. I bought a ps5 and returned it unused because I did not need it. While returning , there was just a small tear in the box and I was charged £100+ hundred pound plus for a box. That is cheating, they said they had it in their return policy. This was hidden and not explicitly stated. I would never buy from them again as i also offered a new like complete box. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them.
