"Fraud Website – Do Not Order!"
I ordered 2 suits from this website. One was delivered in terrible condition and the other was never even shipped. I have been trying to contact their customer support multiple times via call but got zero response. They are not processing my return or refund either. This is a complete fraud. Save your money and avoid this site at all costs.

This application is a scam. It has been two months since I ordered a suit, but they haven't delivered it, and they aren't issuing a refund either. Overall, it is the worst application.

I would put no stars if I could. Delayed, missing items, extremely unhelpful customer service and obstructive refund policies for mistakes by retailer.
I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before placing my order from abroad.

Very bad service. Don't buy from them. There is no option to change the designs. Once bought means there is no way to change. It's a scam. And there is no customer service the the stupid chatbot mailing the same mail again and again. Don't buy from them.

They again stole my money. I paid for the suit and it's not yet delivered and the customer service is horrible. This is my order id- 985370 .. Mary Mauve Chanderi Suit set. I don't even know whom to connect. The no given in the website is also not reachable or not responded to.

"Aachho", that's what they choose to call this abomination of a site. There's nothing 'aachho' about this.

Late deliveries, a no-refund policy and an incompetent AI support system to go with it. All these things come together to formulate every consumer's biggest nightmare.

I had ordered a Men's kurta– unbeknownst to the shit-show that was their customer service, and ended up regretting it more than anything.

A month passed and there was no delivery or even a delay message in sight. And when asked to cancel the order, they sent me a reply saying to contact their AI generated excuse of a customer support that sends the same five messages to every thing i say.

After sending a dozen messages, when they finally replied to me their response (in short) was: "Sorry, we won't give you a refund, but are you interested in a gift card instead (one that will lead to a situation similar to the previous one– maybe much worse)".

Earrings. I got earrings in return when i had ordered a kurta. And sure the earrings were pretty nice but it would have been much better if they weren't BROKEN.

This is a total scam guys. My order was not delivered within the promised timeline, and the quality of the product I received was nowhere close to what was represented on their website. The product I received had multiple visible stains and defects.
Despite receiving a damaged product, they refused to provide a monetary refund and insisted on offering store credit.
If you're considering ordering from Aachho, the purchase will come at the cost of both your money and a considerable amount of time and mental peace

Very poor experience. Never recommend anybody to shop from this website better to try amazon myntra nykaa. I ordered three suits from Acchho three months back, one i received one month later which was very faded then i exchange it and got the exchange one after 25 days with fade again , then second suit i received after 2 months from order and third suit didnt receive yet and no refund of that suit. And when i am chasing customer care support or email nobody picking the call and nobody is replying mails. Very poor experience, please dont buy from it.

I wish i could give zero stars. Worst customer support. I ordered 2 dresses 1.5 month ago and one of them still not delivered. There no way you can call them, they have fixed scripted message for you that is your problem is escalated and team will reply you soon but nobody replies. They still don’t when my order will get ready. And irony is i can’t even cancel my order because i can only cancel and ask for refund in 24hrs. They are joke to this industry. Never buy from them ever. The only decent thing they can do is give refund for that also they denying and not telling when will my order get deliver.

Their website does not mention that they do not ship internationally.
I purchased few items from this website and paid international shipping. They accepted my full international address without warning that they it cannot be shipped internationally.
Customer Support is horrible, they do not have WhatsApp customer support, you have to make an international phone call and then they put you on hold for 20 mins. They are not ready to refund and instead have offered "store credits".
Their company policy is to defraud NRI's, take their money and then offer useless store credits.

I had a horrific experience shopping with Aacho. About six months ago, I placed an order worth nearly ₹10,000. When the shipment arrived, every single clothing item was of abysmal quality. To make matters worse, there was no option for a return, and reaching out to customer service was completely useless—they refused to offer any resolution or support.
Having no other choice, I started wearing the clothes. In less than six months, the fabric has completely torn and fallen apart. Spending ₹10,000 on clothes that don't even last half a year is an absolute waste of money.
Aacho is selling cheap, low-grade clothes at premium prices with zero accountability and pathetic customer service. Save your hard-earned money and buy from somewhere reliable instead. Highly disappointed!

Do not buy from aachho! It is a complete scam. I ordered a product on August 8th, and it still hasn't been delivered. Every time I check, they just push the delivery date back. Total waste of time and money.

Such pathetic response. Unsatisfied I paid for my order in July, but it was never dispatched or delivered till now. No proper response from the seller. Very disappointing and suspicious experience.

Placed over 2 months ago. No delivery. No delivery date. No communication.

I have been following up continuously for 2 months. Every single time, I was told "a ticket has been raised" or "the team will respond soon." No one ever responded. Tickets were closed without any resolution. I was even promised a callback - no one called.

When I finally demanded a refund, I was told monetary refunds are "not available" and offered only a credit note.

So let me summarize:

They take your money.
They don't deliver.
They don't communicate.
They don't respond to tickets.
They refuse to refund.

And then they expect you to spend more money with them via a credit note.

Have zero trust left in this brand.

If you have any other option - use it. Do not order from Aachho.

I am writing this review to ensure anyone else does not get into trap of buying with Aachho from Jaipur . Product itself is not worth the money and worst is the return policy and support provided in case you need exchange . Not recommended at all

You should forget your order after placing it…. I repeat just forget it. It is like a promise made by your ex.

I placed and fully paid for Order #921737 on July 23, 2026, for delivery to my parents in Jaipur. The outfit was specifically purchased for an important family occasion on August 28. That occasion has now passed, and the order is still showing as UNFULFILLED.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer service. We have contacted Aachho repeatedly through their chat and support channels and have received no proper response, no tracking number, no confirmed dispatch, and no delivery date.

Their own website states that even during peak periods issues may take up to 72 hours to resolve. We have been waiting for weeks beyond that.

They took full payment of ₹2,124.15, yet almost two months later I still have neither the product nor a meaningful explanation.

A delay can happen, but taking payment and then repeatedly ignoring the customer is completely unacceptable. I have now escalated this to their senior customer-service email as well.

At this point I expect either immediate delivery with valid tracking or a full refund.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before placing a prepaid order with Aachho. Extremely disappointing and irresponsible customer service.
