I went on the Jan tour and had the best experience! I went with my mother and sister as my support people and everything was a breeze from arriving in Istanbul to leaving. Everything was taken care of and we didn’t need to stress about anything! Our tour managers Mustafa and Marina were awesome and looked after us so well! The care at the hospital was top notch and the hotel we stayed at was beautiful! I fully recommend to anyone who is considering taking the next step in their health journey and I would definitely go back and enjoy the beauty of Türkiye! I met some amazing people on the same journey and we’ve become a family and continue to stay connected and support each other! Shout out to Arrianna for your support at the start of my journey and although we didn’t get to connect in person, I love your heart to this cause and offering me another opportunity at life.

Where do I even start?! 🥹🇹🇷❤️

My trip to Türkiye through AAJ – Arrianna's Assisted Journey's was honestly an experience I’ll never forget. I went into this trip excited, nervous, overwhelmed 😂 and not entirely sure what to expect… and somehow came home with some incredible memories, a very full heart and already thinking about when I can go back!!

I chose the Unassisted Package because I wanted to save some money, and honestly, it worked perfectly fine for me. I managed it, I survived it 😂 and I got to experience everything I wanted to.

BUT… if I could go back and change one thing, I would 100% choose the Assisted Package. Not because there was anything wrong with going unassisted, but because having that extra support would have taken away some of the little stresses and allowed me to just relax and enjoy the experience even more, especially traveling on my own.

What I loved most was knowing that Arrianna and her team were there and that I wasn’t just being thrown into a completely unfamiliar country and left to figure everything out alone. There was support, communication and reassurance when I needed it, and that made such a difference.

Türkiye was absolutely beautiful, the hospital, surgeon and staff were incredible and the overall experience was HUGE for me personally, and I’m so bloody proud of myself for doing it. 🥹❤️

Would I recommend AAJ? Absolutely. Without hesitation. Would I do it again? Also absolutely 😂 Would I choose assisted next time? 1000% YES 😂🙌🏼

Choosing to go ahead with gastric sleeve surgery is scary, and choosing to do it overseas in a country that I’ve never been to is even scarier. Thankfully, I had Arrianna there every step of the way. Arrianna has known my family since long before I was a twinkle in my parents’ eyes - so we all personally knew she could be trusted with something so huge. Before I went in September of 2025, my uncle actually went a year prior and came back with incredible results and an impactful testimony. After watching his journey, I knew getting a sleeve done was the right decision for me and for my health and future.

I was so incredibly fortunate to have had Arrianna and Mustafa take care of me, and I can’t say enough about how much care they poured not only into me, but everybody else on my tour as well. The hospital staff were also incredible! I had quite a bit of sickness immediately after my surgery, and they made sure they did everything they could to remedy any issues that came up. The staff were so attentive - from the surgeon and nurses, all the way down to the cleaning staff. The hospital was immaculate. Although some staff spoke very minimal English (while others were conversational or fluent), nothing about my care or concerns ever seemed to get lost in translation. When I had doubts, Arrianna and Mustafa stepped in and got the results we were all looking for that I could not have gotten alone. One thing I love about the way these two operate, is that they take on any feedback and are endlessly working to deliver the very best service possible.

Arrianna has worked incredibly hard at cultivating a safe and supportive environment for people to put their health at the forefront, and has also nurtured many close knit friend groups out of the people she has taken on various tours. Strangers become family who support you pre and post op. I’ve been blessed to meet some of the other tour managers as well, who are just as wonderful and passionate about changing the lives of people who need it and are ready to choose themselves.

I absolutely recommend AAJ to anyone looking to run to a brighter future with open arms.

From the moment I arrived until the day I left, the service and care from AAJ was exceptional. Arrianna and Mustafa went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and well looked after throughout the entire journey. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.
The Dental clinic was outstanding! Very modern, spotless, and incredibly well organised. The dental practitioner was highly skilled, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which gave me complete confidence. The staff were equally amazing, always friendly, attentive, and compassionate.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Every transfer, appointment, and detail was organised seamlessly, allowing me to focus on my treatment and recovery without any stress.

I was part of the July 2026 tour, and I couldn't recommend Arrianna's Assisted Journeys enough. From the moment I signed up, the entire experience was completely stress free. All we had to do was pay, and Arrianna and her incredible team took care of absolutely everything.
Arrianna genuinely cares about every client and wants the very best outcome for your health journey. A special mention to the amazing Operations Manager, Mustafa, who made us feel safe and supported every step of the way, especially in a country with such a different culture.
