Réponses rapides sur WhatsApp, hôtels adaptés à des tarifs intéressants, alternatives proposées immédiatement si besoin, et messages réguliers pendant le séjour pour prendre de nos nouvelles — un vrai plus.

Mais la vraie valeur ajoutée de ce voyage, c’était notre chauffeur. Plus qu’un chauffeur, Mohamed Ruzain est à la fois guide, accompagnateur et protecteur. Professionnel, attentionné et passionné, il nous a expliqué de nombreuses choses sur le Sri Lanka, s’assurait que tout soit parfait à chaque étape (notamment lors des check-in), réservait les activités et adaptait le programme à notre rythme, surtout durant ce road trip intense de 8 jours.

Toujours ponctuel et bienveillant, il a largement contribué à rendre ce voyage inoubliable.

Nous avons visité Sigiriya, Kandy, Ella, Yala, Mirissa et Bentota — chaque étape était enrichissante. Mention spéciale pour le safari à Yala : un moment magique !

We have very much enjoyed our 9 day/ 8 night tour of Sri Lanka. We started the tour from Galle, and travelled through the interior and finished in Sigiriya. The timetable and sightseeing was tailored to our interests, and guides were provided for the heritage sites. The hotels selected by Aaliya Tours were good choices-comfortable, very clean and included good breakfasts. Our driver Adhil made the experience especially enjoyable. He was very friendly, attentive, and helpful in every respect. Aaliya tours stayed in communication with us throughout the entire trip checking to make sure everything was satisfactory, and it was.
We would book with them again without any hesitation. We cannot think of anything they could have done be It was an excellent experience!

My mom and I have just returned from an incredible two‑week journey through Sri Lanka with Aaliyah Tours, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, thoughtful, and filled with genuine hospitality.

I spent nearly 10 months planning this trip with Mr. Raaid, who was endlessly patient and responsive throughout the entire process. He helped shape our itinerary, offered great suggestions, and remained incredibly flexible — even when we needed to make on‑site changes, including a last‑minute hotel switch. The true highlight of our trip was our driver and guide, Mr. Muzny.

He is, without exaggeration, a gem of a human being. From the moment he picked us up, he took exceptional care of both my mom and me. He was punctual every single day, and the vehicle was always spotlessly clean and comfortable, making even long drives enjoyable. His patience was remarkable — whether we wanted to stop for photos, adjust timings, or linger a little longer somewhere, he always accommodated us with a warm smile.

What touched me deeply was how personal and thoughtful he was. By pure coincidence, his daughter’s birthday fell on the same day as mine, and despite being away from his own family, he surprised me with a birthday gift. It was such a kind, unexpected gesture that truly showed the type of person he is — caring, generous, and genuinely invested in making our experience special.

Throughout the trip, he checked in constantly to make we were comfortable and never rushed. His flexibility was unmatched; he adjusted plans effortlessly whenever weather, timing, or our own preferences shifted.

Despite a cyclone hitting the country just a week before our arrival, he navigated road conditions and itinerary changes with complete professionalism, ensuring we never felt stressed or uncertain.

His knowledge of Sri Lanka — its history, culture, wildlife, food, and hidden gems — added so much richness to our journey. Thanks to him, we experienced the best of Ella, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Galle, Bentota, and Negombo in a way we never could have on our own. He shared stories, answered every question, and introduced us to local experiences we would have otherwise missed.

By the end of the trip, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend rather than a driver/guide.

Booking through Aaliya tours was the best decision we made! Our first driver Irfan looked after us from Colombo to Nuwara Eliya. He was super professional, knowledgeable and fun! We had a great time, good conversation and learned a lot! He was very flexible and had some great ideas for things to check out along the routes. Aaliya Tours was also able to accommodate our last minute requests for transfers due to the trains not running after the cyclone. The coordinators are great about communicating with us daily to share information and to check in on our experience. Our trip isn't over yet. We have a couple more transfers left and we anticipate the same level of professionalism from our next drivers! Thank you so much Aaliya tours for helping to make our trip to Sri Lanka memorable!

Great day out with Irfan as our wonderful guide. We had torrential rainfall but he still got us safely to all our destinations. Irfan drove safely and provided us with a lot of additional experiences also sharing his knowledge of the area. Today could have been bad with the horrendous weather but Irfan made it into a great day! Thanks Irfan and Aaliya Tours!

I have used Aaliya travels on multiple occasions when it comes to transfers, and I couldn’t be happier with them. Drivers were always on time and they were all so nice! Super helpful, giving advice and introducing Sri Lanka in the best way possible. Communication was also on point via WhatsApp whenever I needed and any request wasn’t too much! We have just completed our 2 week adventure around the beautiful country of Sri Lanka, thanks to Aaliyah Tours and Mr Ahmed Muzny, our wonderful tour guide and driver.

From the first contact, communication with Aaliyah was outstanding. They always responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and requests to make a perfect tour full of nature, wildlife, adventures and relaxation tailored to our specific needs and requests. This gave us confidence and helped us to feel safe in their hands whilst travelling with our two children aged 9 and 11. In the planning, the lead up to departure, to checking in with us during the tour, they kept in touch throughout to ensure a smooth journey.

Our driver, Mr Ahmed Muzny was a true gentleman. He not only drove us where ever we wanted to go (even if not specifically on the itinerary) but had a wealth of knowledge about Sri Lanka and we learnt so much on our travels. He treated us to local delights and snacks, kept us topped up with water, and adjusted the itinerary at our request without hesitation. He organised activities and helped us to purchase tickets and often accompanied us which was a huge relief and help, which made us feel very confident and safe. He was always punctual and polite and the kids loved him. We felt lucky to have him, thank you Ahmed you have helped us to make memories to last a lifetime. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country with beautiful people and if you want a bespoke tour, I highly recommend Aaliyah and Mr Muzny.
