They called me for a witnessing, wasted my 1 and half working days.
When asked for allowed expenses they were referering me to contact the court but court told me they are responsible for it as a defense.
Although they took the compensation (legal aid) for their workers but wasted my time and money. I lost my work day and parking fee due to their negligence.
They have really unprofessional way to dealing with people.

Imteyaz Ali was fantastic. Made excellent representation at the police station. No further action was taken by the police.

I was put at ease straightaway by the family team at Abbey led by Shajeda. Trainee Hasan was particularly attentive to my needs and concerns, replying promptly to my emails and making himself available by phone too. Similarly Paula the paralegal was very quick to respond to my enquiries and was always on hand to facilitate any assistance with court papers.
