Great service from Abetta Cars as always. Dara called while our plane was 'parking' at the terminal and was waiting for us as we came into Arrivals. He was helpful, polite, friendly and chatty. Just what we needed after a 23-hour journey home!

We booked our journey to Luton Airport last week with Abetta at late notice but the person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and extremely helpful. We were fortunate to have had Lewis assigned to our journey. He was on time (indeed early!), friendly and very professional and the car was totally clean and comfortable too. Another quality ride to UCLH
Another quality ride to UCLH - wait and return - by professional and polite driver (HAMIDREZA*C).
There was an issue regarding being charged the congestion charge for each way and misinformation about waiting times, but this was easily resolved by CC who apologised on behalf of the company.
Will be back next week for another booking. Thank you for being there!

In my view Abetta deserve every one of those five stars. They are super reliable and the drivers are courteous, friendly and helpful. Whenever I speak to the office, they too are helpful and friendly. Abetta is the only local cab company I use.

We love Abetta cars
We love Abetta cars. We live locally to their Finchley base and started using them when we had a baby and wanted to have a more reliable taxi experience than using Uber or Bolt. The app is easy to use, there is a WhatsApp number for easy communication when booking, the cars are comfortable, the drivers are lovely. We decided to book a taxi home from the airport during the heatwave rather than battle with trains in the heat. Abetta were even able to provide an infant car seat for our 1 year old son and the driver helped me set it up properly. Highly recommended.
