We requested a Level 3 survey and they were able to provide a quote instantly. Once we agreed to go with them they were very quick in organising the survey and were able to get it booked in for the next week. After they completed the survey they got a full report back to us the next day which was great. It clearly laid out the concerns with the property and provided simple explanations for areas of concern with plenty of resources for what to do next and the costs of various fixes. Not only was it a great service but also very user friendly and a great price.

Easy to book. Great communication and service. The survey was completed in a timely manner. The report itself was clear and detailed. Follow up queries were responded to promptly.

First time buyer of a flat on the top floor of a converted period property. Able Surveyors were able to give a quote for a RICS Level 3 survey that was not much more expensive than a RICS Level 2 from other companies so it was a bit of a no brainer.

Survey was booked within a week of payment and Ross had the survey in my inbox at 9am the next day! Survey was detailed with photographic evidence of everything he looked at. I specifically asked Able surveyors to double check the roofing and timber which they did!

Used Able Surveyors to undertake a Level 3 survey on a house. The booking process was really easy and quick, communication was very timely, my questions were answered before the survey and then the report came back very quickly.

We recently had a level 2 homebuyers survey done with Able. As first time buyers the whole survey process seemed a bit daunting, but it couldn’t have been easier with Able. Their quote was reasonable vs others we received and it was easy to pay/book the survey. Everything was sorted with our estate agents with no hassle and we had a detailed, clear report less than a week later! Couldn’t recommend Able more.
