Staff in the showroom were fantastic but let down by delivery
Staff in the showroom were fantastic. Handled an initial phone call and a visit so well, showing great product knowledge and kindness to my elderly mother. Very pleased with the product purchased. Unfortunately the service was let down when it came to delivery. The wrong reclining chair was delivered, which caused me great inconvenience, and I barely got an apology.

Superb advice and support
Time and care was taken to ensure I bought the correct scooter for my needs without any hint of pressure to buy. Great aftercare is also available as when my scooter developed a squeak when transporting it they gave it a thorough, no question asked, a going over and found the source and cured it almost immediately on return.

I received a thorough, comprehensive demostration of the scooter I was interested in.
Despite technology issues, not their fault, they persevered with good grace until it was resolved.
Such a delight to go into a shop where staff are on hand immefiately to help with utmost respect.

Blackpool store. the staff were very helpful and accommodating. it was a pleasure to shop there. Adam who served me couldnt do more to help me, he showed me how to fold the scooter up and to unfold it . will definately recomend this shop to others

Delivery and installation were carried…
Delivery and installation were carried out professionally and with great care. The team were friendly, courteous and ensured everything was set up correctly before leaving. Despite the size and weight of the bed, it was positioned exactly where we wanted it with no fuss.
