After 3 weeks of hassles got onto Acis thay got me sorted in 24 hours thank you Acis for being so prompt

Friendly use website and easy procedures

This service makes it easy and efficient to register an ABN

15minutes that turned into 15 days of me having to call them - paid 200 dollars and once that money was deducted I had to do the chasing. One staff member went as far as blantanly lying to me for 20minutes because her system was down and she had no information regarding the delay. I was informed the next day I called that they had no systems up and that she doesn't know where that information came from and there was nothing to indicate what I was saying on the system. I had to completely lose it before they took the time to call the ato and when they did within ten minutes I had my Abn. That's all that had to be done and I had to force them to do it. So rude, unprofessional, lazy staff that you are practically burdening by making them do their job:

I was charged 7 times for one ABN application. It took 4 days to have my money returned. When a simple fax to my bank would have had my money back in one hour. Apparently the site had a processing error. No courtesy call was given to let me know. I only picked the error up when i checked my balance a few days later. Absolutely disgusting! Be careful people!!!

Very pleased with the level of communication and efficiency of process in allocating my ABN and Registration of Business Name.

i found the experience speedy and simple to use.

Such a scam. Letting you do all the paper work and then charging $100 for the work you just have done yourself. Customer service is very unfriendly and will just put you on hold when they don't want to deal with you.

I confess that at the first look at the web site, I was blown away by the detail. But I recognise that this must be written as it is totally necessary to have all these facts to hand.

Bur as I went along things became easier.
