Going to be ordering lots from this site, ordered 2 days before Christmas and despite the suggested despatch time I receive my trainers on Christmas Eve, over the moon with the service and packaged really well

I have to admit, initially I thought the trustpilot reviews were too good to be true 🤣 (I'm the biggest sceptic) and made sure I paid via paypal just in case but I'm glad my worries were unfounded.
Above the loop sourced me a pair of Jordan 1s royal toe for my son from America on the 13th and said they would try to get them to me by xmas but obviously couldn't guarantee it. They dispatched to me as soon as they received them meaning they arrived today with 2 days to spare. Excellent communication (i messaged on insta) and fast response times.

I had previously searched every UK retailer I knew of to no avail.

I ordered a pair of size 9 Jordan’s for a Christmas present and I didn’t read the dispatch time properly which said 3-7 days so I messaged the company on Instagram and they sent me some other trainers they had in size 9 available for immediate dispatch last night and they’re already on their way today! Hi there. Above the Loop were FANTASTICALLY helpful.
I ordered a pair of Air Jordan's for my son's 17th birthday and there was a time constraint and the sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful. I also needed the size changing and he helped me with that immediately. The trainers arrived on the day of my son's birthday in immaculate condition.
