Joining the AHN community in 2018 and completing the course transformed my life for the better and opened up doors enabling me to work with my clients on an holistic well being 'food as medicine' approach.

I loved this course. I was nervous starting it as I had difficulty with brain fog and worried that I wouldn’t be able to finish the course. However because I could do it in my own time I could choose when my brain was at its most useful and I could always revisit something I was unsure about. It is an intense course but everyone involved was so helpful and supportive that it never felt like a chore. As a result of following the information given in the course I am healing from the inside out and getting better all the time, as a result of which I now have the ability to help others. I would highly recommend this course as it supports your life long health and learning journey

Sorry it took me a while to write this review, but wow… I truly can’t recommend this course enough.

It has been such an inspiring journey. The amount you learn is incredible, and at the same time it never feels overwhelming , if anything, it leaves you wanting to keep learning more and more. It’s one of those experiences that opens your perspective not only on health, but on life itself.

What makes it even more special is the team. Every single person involved is just brilliant — so knowledgeable, but also so down to earth, supportive, and genuinely caring. You really feel that they want you to grow, understand, and succeed on your own path.

I’m deeply grateful to have been part of this course. It has given me knowledge, inspiration, and a deeper connection to holistic health that I know will stay with me for a long time.

I highly recommend this course for anyone interested in looking at health, nutrition and illness on a much deeper level than what mainstream medicine presents to us. Joining the academy was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. It taught me so much not just about the different topics covered in the 10 modules but also about myself with the guidance of the many wonderful teachers.

Training with Academy of Healing Nutrition was, it sounds dramatic, life changing. I graduated back in 2019. I had been interested in holistic healing and East Asian medicine for a while. AHN weaves together ancient threads of Eastern Medicine with Western approaches and science. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a vast and beautiful philosophy and practice. The teachers at AHN make this digestible; they make it fun. Along with Ayurvedic theory, we use these longevity principles and protocols as a framework in which to view the body. It has opened up my eyes to understanding my body and mind in a whole new way. It is beautiful. It is whole. It is attuned to nature. Body mind and soul are interconnected, that we know. This training embodies that. And it’s through this embodied learning that transformation occurs. Hands on cooking, working with herbs, bodywork and more - this training is vast and comprehensive. The teachers at AHN are next level. I honestly can’t recommend this course more highly. If you are curious then run with it. You won’t regret it! Not only will you begin unravelling and healing yourself, but you’ll get the qualification to be able to walk others through this process.

Academy Healing Nutrition brings the best of both oriental and western ancestral wisdoms. It is a rare great bridge between modern and traditional sciences. If you are looking for a way to heal yourself for whatever reason or find alignment in a world that is loosing some purpose, you are at the right place. Food and health are so interconnected, we tend to forget it.
The quality of the knowledge taught and the teachers themselves are precious.

This year at the Academy has been deeply transformative for me.

At first, I was sceptical about the price and had many doubts, yet I felt a strong urge for inner change; to learn something that would help myself, others, and the environment. I felt, and still feel, a deep need to live a more conscious and slower life.

It has been a life-changing experience. I had never studied anything like this before, and I'm left wanting to know more and more. I find myself buying books on the subjects covered and researching every day. The teachers are incredibly talented, as is the organization of the entire program. I completed the Holistic Health and Nutrition course in March 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed both the course content and the wisdom each teacher provided. I gained a great deal from the programme, much of which I still apply in my own life as well as in my work as a wellness writer.
I particularly appreciated the practical cooking element of the course and the education around the five elements, which helped ground the learning in everyday practice. Given that the course took place during the pandemic, the school did a great job delivering the classes over Zoom, although I do feel I would have benefited even more from an in-person learning experience.
My main suggestion for improvement would be greater clarity around how the certification can be used in a professional context, particularly in the UK, where there are stricter guidelines around who can offer wellbeing and nutrition support. That said, for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge and understanding of traditional holistic health practices, the Academy of Healing Nutrition is an excellent place to start.

I have been absolutely enriched by the training with AHN. The teachers are true wisdom sharers and the content deep and deeply nourishing.
They bridge ancient knowledge and wisdom into our modern life - well structured and perfectly applicable in the everyday life yet laying a deep foundation for an (old) new way of living, being and feeling within and without.
My personal life as well as my work has benefited enormously from this experience as it laid a deeper foundation of holistic health and vitality that translated into my mentorships and trainings.

I completed the course in 2021 and whilst I've gone on to take other more specific courses on female hormones etc., I am so grateful for everything that AHN has taught me. The food & wellness industry likes to be loud, and come every new year, convince you of certain trends that you absolutely have to follow. This course gave me a solid foundation to operate from, and in combination with the cooking modules changed how I look at health and food for ever.

I am so grateful for the day I decided to sign up for this beautiful one-year course! I didn’t have high expectations after 20 years of chronic belly pain, but I felt that anything that could help would be better than nothing. What I did not expect was that I would heal within just a few weeks! And now I have all the tools to help others.

The Academy is such a beautiful source of comprehensive knowledge. All the teachers are amazing and offer their own unique perspectives. The only thing that makes me sad is that it’s only a year with this beautiful school — I would happily continue learning.

I loved the course so much. It allowed me to really deepen my understanding of food and Traditional Chinese Medicine and so many other areas. Being a trained chef before starting the course I wasn't sure if I would learn much more re the cooking side of things - but we went on to learn about energetics and it opened my mind to lots of fascinating other areas. The teachers are wonderful and I will come back to my notes for the rest of my life and continue to learn.
