I'd been playing with LMSs in Wordpress, trying to find the one that would give me the ability to offer coaching clients a private space to track sessions etc. Nothing came close to doing what I wanted. I was on the verge of going down the 'significant compromise' route when one final Google search threw up a name I'd never heard of. I did some digging and some tyre kicking and my adventure into AccessAlly began.

And what a great decision!

The platform goes way beyond what I had hoped for and has allowed me to truly elevate the client experience beyond anything I have ever been able to offer, or experienced myself, online. Slick, intuitive, and as simple or complex as you choose to make it, it really is (for me at least) the gift that keeps on giving.

And while most things are easy to figure out without a visit to the excellent help pages, when you do hit a blockage those pages usually are enough to clear it out of the way.

But if you are left still scratching your head even after you've scoured the help pages, then the support team are simply extraordinary. They exceed every expectation it is reasonable to have of a support team and, try as I might, I have been unable to throw any question at them that they have not been able to field, or issue they have not been able to fix. Absolutely brilliant experience.

Is it the cheapest LMS for Wordpress? No. But is it the best value (and maybe simply the best, period)? Well, for me and what I want nothing else comes close.

I 100% recommend both the platform and the team behind it.

AccessAlly is terrific. We use it to house free courses and private content for the members of our community, and I love the simple permission settings, the ability to add LMS style features with ProgressAlly, and the close integration it has with our CRM tool (Keap).

Kimberly is an extraordinary support to our business. We would not be able to achieve what we have with her knowledge, guidance and commitment. Her service is incredibly impressive and she is always a pleasure to work with.

We had a bug with our membership site and Kimberly was able to resolve it very quickly and provided timely updates. Appreciate the help as always!

Gives me far more flexibility in how I fine tune course delivery for customers than other membership sites. However some things are complex and slow e.g. creation of promo codes when selling in multiple currencies. I know that as you try to provide more types of features for more types of customers it gets harder to go deeper into feature development, however I do think in some areas such as the one mentioned it would be beneficial.

I've been an AccessAlly customer for YEARS and their support is next level. Whenever I need help with anything, they're there. I find it a very powerful tool for WordPress users who want more control over their aesthetic and the layout of their membership site. (I'm one of those people.) I've also worked with skilled developers who weren't familiar with AccessAlly to build an even more custom membership site. They found the code VERY easy to work with, which is nice for those of us who want a really custom site. I will say that their native designs don't get me excited and really changing the aesthetic of things like their forms, quizzes, etc. takes a developer's hand. I wish it was more aesthetically pleasing right out of the box. Still, this is a great tool with excellent support for anyone wanting a more custom membership site than other course platforms and plugins offer.
