The process of my claim was very straightforward thanks to Katie and Stephen. I contacted the accident experts after an accident with my car and I am very happy that on the same day their representative came to my house with a scaffolding car of my choice, so I didn't have to deal with the kids and any car for a while. And instead of dealing with the call center and spending hours sorting things out this was all taken care of for me which was such a big help too, I'm grateful for all their hard work and their communication along the way was great.

We contacted accident specialists following an unfortunate accident in our vehicle last year and I’m so glad we did, the same day their representative came to our house to bring a hire car that we loved, so we didn’t have to manage with two kids and no car for any amount of time.
