I needed some unusual sized bolts and locking nuts to secure a water pump. Extensive range of products to choose from via a well-organised web site. Well packaged and prompt delivery

DPD delivered my latest parcel to a third party without my authorisation. Accu quickly dispatched a replacement, yet to see whether DPD are capable of following my delivery instructions for this one. Awaiting Accu's response re. the premium I paid for express delivery for the first parcel.........

Accu's website is a joy to use
Accu's website is a joy to use - a vast range of top quality items, fascinating to view, but quick and easy to find the ones you need. Accu's service couldn't be better - order late one afternoon, receive the parts next morning and very economical delivery too.

Stock a wide range of products, very fast delivery
I needed to order replacement Caliper Bolts for a Mercedes M14x1.5x45 Metric Fine thread. No other Fastener site in UK seemed to stock them, none of the Motor Factors had them either. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and delivery was given as following Thursday. DPD delivered the Bolts 11:30 the following day, superb service.

A Very Small Affair! We have a gate on our path which had dropped slightly, and rather than moving the hinges I bought some washers of a specific diameter. Hunting through your website proved a success, and the gate now swings freely. Many thanks

Pay over the odds to not receive your urgent items
Yet again I get fleeced with high prices on promises of fast delivery then they let me down. But the worst of it is the poor customer service / AI frustration layer and finger pointing make me regret giving them another try.
I think this is the 5th time they have done this and they have taken none of my feedback on board. I won't be trying again.
