Great service, highly recommended
Very impressed. Struggled for years to find the right fasteners in small quantities that would usually fall into specialty items. Their stock is massive, huge range, fast and efficient delivery abroad (Switzerland in my case). Highly recommended.

I placed order for some small parts…
I placed order for some small parts like nuts and fasteners. After 8 days of placing order ( while they were expected to deliver the product by this time), they message me and say that all the products are not available with them (they mentioned while ordering that they have all products available and can dispatch next day). Dont depend on them if you are working on time critical projects.

Hello Sandeep,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, particularly the delay and the change in availability after your order was placed. We understand how important it is to be able to rely on accurate stock information and timely delivery, especially for time-sensitive projects.
This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and we are reviewing this internally to improve both our communication and stock accuracy.
Great service and speedy delivery
Easy to use website - competitive pricing - speedy delivery - would recommend highly

Hello Michael,
Thank so much for leaving your lovely review, we will ensure we let Caroline know of this fab feedback. She certainly is wonderful!
Bad customer service!
I ordered some parts from Accu, 2 days after they were due, they had still not arrived. I phoned to ask where my order was and was told that it had not been sent out because they had assigned the wrong carrier.
No one from Accu had bothered to inform me of their mistake. Accu then sent a replacement shipment, but when it arrived, 2 items were missing.
It seems that the refund of the missing parts will not happen automatically and I now have to tell them what is missing for the refund! (Shouldn't their system do this automatically??)
Don't be fooled by the slick looking front end of Accu's web site... the customer service is terrible!!

Hello,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating delays and poor communication can be. We’re especially concerned that you were not kept informed and that your follow-up experience added further inconvenience.
We would really like the opportunity to put this right and review what went wrong internally to prevent this happening again, if you could please send more information to help@accu.co.uk I will ensure this is looked into further. Thanks

Hello Tony,
Thanks for your great review.
We’re pleased to hear your order arrived quickly and exactly as expected. Providing a fast, accurate and reliable service is key to what we do, so it’s great to see that reflected in your experience.
An easy choice
The website is well organized -- I found what I needed in seconds -- and unlike many, the dimensions of the product are provided in full, so I could be confident that the product would fit where I needed it. (I tend to do unusual things with parts so I need all the dimensions...) They sipped right away and the parts did indeed fit; prototypes successful so soon I'll be back to buy in larger volumes.

Hidden Chinese Imports and Insane Customs Fees
We placed an order with this UK company from Spain. We spent €80 on materials and paid €56 in shipping costs. To our surprise, the items were shipped from China, and we had to pay an extra €108 in customs fees. A total of almost €250 for an €80 purchase. Quite a surprise. Our first and last time buying from them

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating unexpected costs can be.
Customs duties and transaction fees are applied by external authorities and are outside of our control. That said, we fully recognise the impact this can have and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
