Class was structured so that there was plenty of repetition and understandable. Really like being self paced so I could take breaks as needed. This is a great way to learn and fulfill my CE requirements! I always learn something new.

As a past user of online CE courses, I found AceableAgent easy to navigate from beginning to end.

The videos themselves are great, and quite thorough actually. Nevertheless, I take issue with your company's inserting names they assume are for black people and I find them to be discriminatory. You have no idea whether your customer comes from more than one race or culture, or even if you are erroneous in your assumption of their race. Why is this even an issue, when it certainly didn't seem to matter when the course was paid for. Quite frankly, I was offended by the subtle yet purposeful, blatant intent of your company to covertly display racial bias in a course where learning is the objective, not political or personal views regarding race or any other matter that steers your customer away from its intended purpose - learning. I understand that the current political climate seems to have given way to the overt display of bias, partiality and a systemic display of racial disparity and open prejudiceness. However, I never considered or thought that I would encounter this embedded in a course where learning is the objective - not fingerpointing or clothing a course in the garments of racial and/or cultural prejudices. I was sincerely disappointed to encounter this.

The material was presented well and in a manner that subject matter could be learned. The only concern was the time allotted -- it some of the sessions I was pressed for time and wished I had more to take notes for future reference.

The course is easy to comprehend and enjoyable with quizzes along the way to make sure you are understanding the material.

The classes were easy to follow and contained good information.

The audio is why I chose this platform. The info is delivered in an easy way to understand.
