They gave me a free 1$ bonus upon signing up.
I got from 1$ to 20$, with an x20 dice win.

Then they suddenly had excuses that "if 1$ bonus is claimed, minimum withdrawal is 50$".

Never said that in their TOS but ok. When I reached 50$ they blocked my account.

I played with a 1$ welcome bonus, luckily, I got to 50$ which is the minimum withdrawal if u take the bonus, after some great matches and getting 32 usd on just 4 rolls on a slot, I kept playing until 50, but guess what, whenever I withdrew, oh wow, pending, lets just wait... Hello? My account was instantly blocked, they decided to keep my 50 usd, and my account banned, FK ACEBET, THEY ARE A SCAM.

Account blocked, $2800 held, no response - Beware

I deeply regret using Acebet. After depositing $2800 in cryptocurrency, my account was blocked without any prior warning or explanation. Here is what happened:

• Account suddenly blocked with funds inside
• Multiple support emails sent — zero replies
• Live chat access blocked, making contact impossible
• No explanation, no transparency, no customer care

Their license is from Anjouan Offshore (one of the weakest in the industry), and their payment processor is registered in Cyprus. I am now escalating this to Casino.guru, AskGamblers, and financial authorities in Cyprus.

If you value your money, stay away from this platform. I will update this review as the situation develops.

Well first of all how in the world they know that I fill out surveys to make gambling money. Honestly the integration is genius people working there are very nice the interface of casino is crisp and responsive and even though I was quite vile and mean on a few occasions, they handled it well. The only thing that made me take off one start is the very slow response times so sometimes I'll send an email and get a response like a couple of days later to be fair I wouldn't label it as urgent or anything maybe that's why but yeah other than that nothing to complain about.
