DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY, this company at first I was going to cut them some slack however the way how the so called “manager” spoke with me was abysmal, so I booked a Range Rover sport SVR, the driver turned up 2 hours late costing me a 2100 AED reservation, and the company said they will give me back 400 AED like it would cover hardly anything of that loss, and then at this point I started to see that the SVR was in a horrible condition with dents all around the car and the general cleanliness of the vehicle lacking so bad i actually got it cleaned in and out. Then we decided to return the car early as the highly overpriced over mileage charge was rather scary, so we changed it to the C8 corvette, the car was clearly not very well, and I had the AC die on me, what made the car practically impossible to drive in this heat. Then the manager said he will give me a replacement car the next day, and then while I’m expecting a replacement vehicle he messaged me saying that the driver will be bringing a car what is much of a lesser vehicle to what I paid for, what I was not happy about. Regardless I was not rude or emotional, when I said I’m not happy with the car they where going to provide the manager proceeded to say I’ve insulted his company, and was rude. While I was not at any point rude, on the contrary he was being rather rude and trying to belittle me. Then the manager said he is going to terminate my rental and not provide the replacement vehicle. I was furious as because of all of this waste of time with this company I ended up missing another reservation what cost me over 3000 AED also when I asked for my refund he said he will only give me back 1 day rental while I was provided a faulty car and went through all the hassle for this and not enjoying my holiday. And while this is going on they proceeded to charge me for 24km extra miles on my first rental I took with them while I still returned the car early. I’m not sure how they believe to run their business but this is not how you get returning customers!! Long story short NEVER EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Horrible cleanliness and even worse management!

First time renting in Dubai so was abit skeptical checked loads of other company’s that claimed they done 0 deposit these guys was the only company I found that actually done 0 deposit and had 0 problems with them, great service.

Ich habe eine Anfrage über ihre Website gestellt Innerhalb ein paar Minuten hat sich ein Mitarbeiter gemeldet. Die Abwicklung/ Bezahlung und Erreichbarkeit war so einfach und schnell. Ich hatte den Bentley für einen Tag. Abholung verlief ebenfall super simple. Ich werde deefinitv wieder ein Auto dirt mieten.

Wir haben uns für ein paar Tage ein Supersportwagen gemietet der Preis war super und der Service war ersteklasse. Nur zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und einfache Abwicklung
