Buyer beware. I purchased from Ace Pillow based partly on claims about sleep apnea, research supporting the product, and backing from a doctor in Illinois. I tried to independently verify the doctor and research but could not, and when I asked the company for the research, they told me they couldn't share it.
I also found the checkout process misleading. After purchasing one pillow, I was offered what looked like an approximately $30 upgrade, but instead I was charged for a second pillow. When I asked what the actual difference was between the original and Version 2, the company ultimately stopped responding.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering this product to independently verify the company's medical and research claims and carefully review every charge before completing a purchase.

Do not order this pillow!!!! It’s a scam. The pillow you get is different than shown on the site. Their site also brags about being made in the USA, but it is shipped from China. Customer service is an AI bot that just keeps stringing you along. They claim a 120 night, no questions asked return policy, but it is all but impossible to do so. After 6+ weeks and over 25 messages, I was finally issued a refund with no explanation or instructions on what to do with the pillows. The pillow itself may help you, but you can get the same pillow at a big box retailer for much less money and hassle.

This is a scam company. The pillow delivery took 13 days when they advertise 2 days. The pillows are hard and offer nothing new in neck technology. When you want to return them, they try to defraud you and get you to keep the pillows and offer you half a refund not a full refund. Then, if you want a full refund as they advertise, they make you try the pillow for 14 days before you can contact them for a return. Total scam company.
