My family of 6 had a wonderful, better than expected, time at Acetaia Sereni. We did a tour, balsamic tasting (of about 10 balsamic vinegars), and had the 4 course meal on the terrace overlooking the mountains. The tour was great, very educational about the process and informative about the producer. The tastings were a lot of fun, we couldn’t get enough, and we bought several to take back home with us. And the dinner was very good, a fixed four course meal. The food was very good as was the wine and the views at sunset were incredible. All my kids loved it, one of the most memorable activities we have done in Italy!

Esperienza eccezionale! La degustazione è stata un viaggio di sapori straordinario, curato nei minimi dettagli e con prodotti di altissima qualità. A rendere tutto davvero speciale è stata la nostra guida..una ragazza squisita, appassionata e incredibilmente preparata, capace di trasmettere l'amore per il proprio lavoro e di farci sentire come a casa.
Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Fantastic experience! Umberto Sereni himself guided us and gave the tasting demo. It was all delicious! Afterwards, we had lunch at their restaurant. The food and the service were all superb! I highly recommend a visit to Acetaia Sereni for anyone travelling to Italy!!!

Our tour guide, Lisa, was outstanding. The tour itself, along with the knowledge and expertise imparted, was superb. Wonderful tour and tasting experience.

We were very well received and we had an amazing tour. We got explained all the different process of making Aceto! Everything was perfect and to finish the tasting was delicious. Thanks for the incredible experience. Highly recommend with a sleep at the Agriturismo as well!

La visita guidata è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza. La giovane ragazza che ci ha accolto, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome (Lisa o Linda), è stata estremamente preparata, gentile e molto carina nei modi: ha saputo spiegare tutto il percorso in maniera chiara e coinvolgente.
Con la degustazione finale abbiamo potuto apprezzare concretamente i concetti spiegati poco prima, comprendendo meglio le differenze tra aceto IGP, aceto tradizionale e condimenti balsamici. È stato davvero interessante scoprire non solo la produzione, ma anche i diversi utilizzi dell’aceto.
Siamo stati davvero molto bene e consigliamo questa esperienza a tutti: sia a chi ama già l’aceto, sia a chi pensa di non apprezzarlo, perché è qualcosa di completamente diverso da quello che si immagina.
Un’esperienza che arricchisce e che vale assolutamente la pena fare!

What an amazing education we recieved! We had no idea the amount of effort, time and energy it takes to produce high quality balsalmic vinegar! Our tour guide was knowledable and excellent! The tasting portion of our tour sealed it! Of course we brought some home. Thank you.

Il 24 Gennaio 2026 abbiamo degustato e fatto il tour dell’acetaia.
La ragazza che ci ha spiegato e guidato nella degustazione è stata molto carina, gentile e preparata.
Ci ha trasmesso molte conoscenze parlando in modo chiaro.
Producono non solo aceto, ma anche olio e noci.
Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza per chi è amante dell’aceto ma anche per la loro bravura.
