Very difficult to get help. Inability to cancel subscription you have to contact ACI team and it is very difficult to get in touch with them.

I couldn't even access the site. I wasted money on this. I hate it and will not be back.

Awful Customer support and course download system.

The actual hosts and slides with drawings makes the topic very easy to understand and gain knowledge

Bills you money when you opted out a year ago, and not small amounts.
The lessons are average and barely surfacing most topics.
Would not recommend that service to anyone, especially given the price and their commercial practices.

Renewed my subscription at $579 each time without my consent, and despite me having auto-renewal turned off. Strongly recommend considering alternative learning platforms.

So far I started on my A+ classes and the videos and practice tests have been excellent.

i had a minor problem renewing my subscription, this was made simple. The programming is excelent, I have had a connection since 2016 for my training need with ITPROtv now ACILearning.

ACI Learning's web site has been broken in one way or other since October 2025.

We had a Pro license for a Team. The licenses and portals have been broken, assignments, courses, and functionality have been impacted for months.

All of our team learning data was lost in the ACI learning updates. Our account person no longer works for them.

Who updates their web site without maintaining the data in the upgrade? ACI Learning

Great platform for my learning. The labs are amazing and helped my new career in networking

Much more limited content then when it was ITPRO.TV. The price is much more expensive then what I was paying before, with less content and less useful for personal study. I will not be spending my educational money with ACI. Very disappointed that the service has gone down hill from the ITPRO days. I will not be renewing at this price and the lack of content.

The platform itself is good, lots of choices but I think I few tutors left part way through in some of the courses so they struggled to keep up to date with news and latest changes. Some content needs a refresh.

Pagué la membresía premium o como se llame la completa para poder acceder a recursos adicionales, exámenes de práctica, etc. Resulta que no sólo no tuve acceso a ningún recurso adicional para el curso que hice sino que se le está por vencer la membresía y sigo esperando hace más de una semana que me respondan por la evaluación que debería poder acceder para obtener los créditos CPE después de un curso de casi 30 horas. La atención al cliente es pésima!!

If it wasn’t for ACI Learning I would not have passed my CySA+ certification test. The virtual instructors were amazing. The course material covered helped me tremendously. I look forward to utilizing more virtual classes for future tech certs throughout my career.

The original cast Lowery, Pezet, Wong, he other guy with the neck chain, The older lady with blue gray hair the lady who smiles alot and the female with glasses young and edgy older guy with beard and earings few other I forgot names were bindge worthy watchable and felt real down to earth while im learning.The learning is far from dry like other trainings on YT, coursera, udemy, skillport . Its vibrant personable, funny, went from them talking to the actaul labs as examples and many graphics or slides that explained the criteria well which allowed me to focus with short breaks of laughter. Tbh I would bring back ITprotv insights depending on your metrics or stats as I found this kind of trading extremely valuable in the past but see that things are slowly becoming dated. I get acquisitions mergers and money involved including possible waist or streamlining content for businesses versus individuals but ai think the original concept style is what differentiated ITProTV from the rest of the mundane trains I recive at work with cheap flash 2D graphics cartoons. They all felt american and knowledgeable in what they where teaching.

They make the training interesting even when the subject isn't. Easy to use interface and high quality content.

There are alot of great training videos. They are ease to find. Most are short enough to watch on a lunch break.
