A Class are absolutely fantastic at providing respite live in care for my wife. Margaret picks such lovely ladies to come and stay. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing that my wife is safe and being very well looked after. This is my fourth time of using A Class. I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. Thank you so much

Margaret came to our office to speak with our Participants about working in the care sector, what to expect and how rewarding the roles are. Margaret was absolutely fantastic answering all questions fired at her, her knowledge was outstanding. After the talk many of our participants wanted to join up with A Class Care

A Class provided a live in carer, at short notice, for my lovely mum when her needs became extensive. The carer provided was kind, caring, respectful and helpful. When I was visiting she retreated quietly into the background, doing all those jobs I hadn’t asked her to do but were extremely helpful, to give us space and privacy. I’m enormously grateful to this carer and the office staff who visited on her arrival day to ensure all was in place. I would wholeheartedly recommend this agency (and have done) based on my experience.

I was very impressed with A Class Care who I employed to provide live- in carers for my elderly father who has dementia, poor mobility and is a high fall risk. The manager took a comprehensive needs assessment with me at the start. She was very helpful and flexible in adjusting things to suit my Dad’s changing needs on an ongoing basis. The carers who looked after Dad were lovely, kind men. They went out of their way to help him with everything he needed and nothing was too much trouble for them. They also looked after his two dogs and cats who also really liked them. The carers looked after my Dad really well and kept him safe, so I felt confident I he was well cared for. The team are well managed, communication is good and so I would highly recommend A Class Care if you want reliable, caring and trustworthy people looking after your loved one.

First of all, I thank the .the Traning teacher Heidi dhe was very good and helpful . I learnt a lot about moving and handling & first Aid .Heidi was a very good in teaching ,she explained all I needed to know .

During recruitment process,Imogen and other staffs of A Class were really helpful throughout the process and Heidi offered a well presented Training with professionalism.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about A-Class Care. On a temporary basis, management of my Mum’s care has switched from Norfolk to Cambridgeshire. Same carers, different management personnel. Already, Jenny and Holly have been out twice from a fair way off to ensure things are working as they should. The link between myself and the care team is expertly in place and I always feel like this option is so much better than the care home option. An absolute 5/5 company.

From day one, A class care have gone above and beyond their duty of care where my Mum and myself are concerned. Jennifer initially visited my Mums home to discuss options that were available concerning my Mums needs.
I had been struggling to arrange waking night care for my Mum for many weeks, often being turned down due to Mum needing care as soon as possible because of her coming to the end of her life. Not only did Jennifer give me hope, but she also managed to proceed with the care that evening.
I have met most of Mums waking night team of carers and their dedication, attentiveness and compassion really shines through.
Overall, with the team of carers exceptional care and unwavering commitment to my Mum and Jennifer, Holly and Natalee's ability to go above and beyond with their support and understanding, I would highly recommend A class care.

I would like to say massive thank you to A Class Care, for giving me the opportunity to work for a great company, It was a wonderful experience for me, they provides quality training and support for their carers 24 hours,to make sure quality care is delivered for all their clients in the country, one of the best care company I have worked for, I recommed A Class Care to anyone that is looking for a great care for their family member's or relative's.

Mum was in hospital all over Christmas and New Year, A Class Care co-ordinated with Hospital to get mum home with a care plan. Mum still lives independently at 93 years and A Class Care fully supported her wishes respected and responded to her wishes for her Care. The whole team, we're very professional, be it office or hands on care. I can highly recommend A Class Care.

I had an interview with the company I don't know how it went, they were late at the interview, but I didn't receive any response after the interview, witch is very frustrating!

Training was straight to the point, inestimable, prepares you confidently to commence with the job, knowing what's required to do at every point. Valuable training. MOT of the mind enhanced.

This was my first ever In-person training and l was really anxious and nervous but our Trainer was so good and he explained things in a very simple and understandable way.

A Class Care is doing a good job with this training because the employee will get into the field well prepared and with so much confidence.

Lovely hands-on carers and helpful office staff who have kept my father safe 24/7 for the last year.

A Class provide good carers and I can rely on the company to make sure there is always someone here.

Holly is such an amazing person, I have really learnt a lot today from her teaching, she really understands the job and always very polite in her approach

Today we were doing some training and Holly helped me how to handle some one to stand up it was so interesting 😀

My experience in using a class care is extremely good.
The live in carer shad that supports my son has worked wonders in improving my sons speech by involving him with communicating in conversation.
The improvement in my sons health and wellbeing since having live in care has made a big difference to his life.
The carers and management I have found to be kind, considerate and very supportive. I would highly recommend A Class Care.
