Before switching to AcornCloud, running weekly accounts manually by using Excel spreadsheets was a time-consuming nightmare. It was taking me a FULL 3 days to process accounts for just two services, each with about 40 children. Since transitioning to AcornCloud, the process has been transformed. I was able to handle the accounts for 5 services (about 250 children in total) in just 2 days! This includes running invoices, allocating payments received, and managing NCS allocations. The platform has streamlined our workflow and significantly improved efficiency. AcornCloud has truly made a huge difference in how we managed our accounts!

I find Acorncloud very beneficial when managing the setting. Everything is in one place and it is easy to use and makes my job easier.

Easy to use.

As a manager Acorncloud is a huge help, from ensuring ratios, to completing audits, waiting lists , Staff and children's attendance and schedules and much more, everything is a click of a button and so easy to use.
