They debited and credited my account 11 times! ( I counted!) And then did not debit my account again to complete the purchase. Nothing. Zilch. No product no email notification of why the transaction didn't go through ... just zero. I figured they may be out of stock. ?

We are sorry for the negative experience. I note that payment attempts were made but were not completed. No amount has been debited from your credit card. You can find the information in your order history. Please note that we sent some messages stating that we were unsuccessful in payment
Note: Contact your credit provider and they will confirm that no amount has been debited from your credit card.
We will always be here to help.
This message is in the history of your order.
"We are sorry, our financial agent informed that your payment could not be authorized by your credit card issuer. (Code 1000)
This is very simple to solve. Contact your credit card bank issuer and ask to unlock your transition to MD COSMETIC
The phone number for the problem is on the back of your card.
You need to insert a valid credit card or, if you believe your card is valid, contact your bank and ensure that there are no blockages or fraud alerts for international transactions.
Other customers faced this problem because their card was not authorized for international payments.
Contact your credit card bank issuer and ask them to unlock your card for MD COSMETIC
ANSWER THE E-MAIL AND REQUEST US TO LOAD AGAIN or place a new order.
Your order remains pending for 24 to 48 hours until you confirm the card is unlocked.
I hope this helps.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
