Not Client Focused
I was very happy with the service when Christian was my account manager and used the company a lot. However, after he left, I contacted them several times (around five emails) to request a new account manager but received no response. Because of this, I moved to Fox Pharmacy, who have been far more focused and attentive to my needs.

Poor delivery communication
I made an order worth close to £300.
There was a note on the website stating if you order before 5pm on Thursday the 21st August you would receive your order as per usual times despite the holidays over the following days.
I made sure to order on the Wednesday in plenty of time.
I received a phone call on the Thursday afternoon to tell me that my order would not be delivered on time due to the holidays and I would not revive it until a week later. This was due to my postcode.
I explained their website guidance around ordering and that I would not have ordered had I known this and nowhere on the website mentioned anything about postcodes or delivery areas. I had followed instructions and ordered in plenty of time and now had less than 24hours to find prescription products for my patients.
They did apologise and agreed the website was not clear and I must say I received a very quick refund as I chose this over the delivery.
Disappointed as it was my first time using this pharmacy. I will try again and hopefully a more positive experience.
