I thought I'd stopped the subscription since I just changed doctors and on a new protocol. They not only continued to send but also raised the price by $12 and now are refusing a return and refund. What a shoddy operation. So disappointed in being conned again by online shopping.

I have had a really positive experience with Actora and their Thyroid Drops you can tell this is not just another generic supplement the formulation feels well thought out and targeted specifically for thyroid support after using it consistently I have noticed better energy levels throughout the day and less of that sluggish feeling I used to have highly recommended

This company is terrible the deal with. The supplements don't work, they hide the subscription and make cancellation hard and then when you ask them to uphold basic consumer law and refund when you return the items, they offer you no money back. Stay away.

I contacted the company when I discovered the product contained a large dose of B12. They would return it if I paid over 8.00 more to cancel the subscription price. I did and contacted them again regarding my return. I was told the product would have to be returned to China as they did not have a distributor in the USA. My lowest rating tells the story of working with this company. Made me not trust the product either.

I had the same problems with subscription etc.
One of reviewers said that the shipment came from China. Maybe we should find the way how to complain to the Chinese authorities, ask them to check the company, ingredients and fix everything what should be fixed. Theoreticaly alot of people would buy such a product if it will be genuenly good and without mentioned by all unhappy customers issues.

Do not buy from this company. Its forever billing. Subscription based website which isn't clear. Beware.

I ordered this once to try it. Nothing changed. They kept sending and taking money out of my account even though we were putting it right back in the mail telling them not to send anymore. I had to go get a new bank card. It's been a week and they already have the information from my card and tried to charge my account. Wells Fargo is now sending me a new card for them to hack.

A glitch with the delivery address for my order. A prompt response to my email correcting the information, put my mind at rest. A big thank you and well done Jean.

After multiple emails they still try to bill. Return address is a 3 bedroom house. F in scam.

Actually I’ve read all of the reviews and for me it’s helped me immensely - I feel so much better !

My experience with Lance in the customer services team was first class. He responded promptly and resolved my issue.

I ordered online, thinking it was a one off purchase to be sent another bulk and payment taken without my knowledge and permission. Trying to cancel any subscriptions I didn’t know I had.

P.s This doesn’t even work, I’ve not noticed any difference so it’s aware of money.

Stay away from this company

I only gave one star as there was no option to give less. I have tried to cancel my subscription as not happy with the efficacy of the product. I am now even more concerned, having read the negative reviews on Trustpilot from consumers having similar issues.

Do not buy from these folks.
They will keep billing you forever.
