My acupeo tens massager stopped working properly and I have been trying to get a replacement and I’m getting nowhere. They obviously didn’t believe me when I said it wasn’t working properly and got me to send a video in with me holding my fingers down on the electrodes and I have received no acknowledgment that they’ve received it or a replacement and I keep trying to contact them and I keep getting cut off. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I bought this Acupeo for my husband as he has problems with his neck and shoulder. He has found it very easy to use and feels relief at the time.

Would have apprecated a usb charger, I haveny used it as no batteries came with it, so I have to get some. Not easy when mibility is poor and no one to get them for me,

It really helps my left knee that pains me after walking. It is easy to use and an easy size to carry

Works well, good product. It would benefit from a remote control to allow individuals to operate when working on the back.

It has taken me a while to get the right mode , I had a bad experience as I had it on a thumping vibrate got a shock, I am now more comfortable with it and it has been very good for my arthritis in neck, I do think at my age 81 that a booklet with directions would help as I am pretty hopeless with tablet, haven't had tablet very long , I am very pleased now that I know a little more Thank you.

This massager did not work despite my following the instructions. The customer service reply was intermittent and not helpful. I asked for a replacement as a refund was refused. The customer helpline did not reply. There is no way to directly communicate with the company and no postal address to contact them. It has been a total waste of money. I would not recommend the neck massager nor the company. Extremely disappointed.

Did not have to wait to long for delivery.
Very interested to see all the things machine can do.
Only down side was the simple operation instructions that were in the box. Much better to download from the link that's in your email. More informative.
Have not used it yet so can't comment about results yet.

Do not waste your money.
Ordered this which I thought was from London but came from China and when arrived it appeared cheap and flimsy. Fortunately I had read a review that if you open the plastic bag you can’t return it so thankfully I didn’t open it but could tell it wasn’t good quality so I requested a refund. I had to send a video to prove I hadn’t opened the plastic bag which I did. They then said I could return it but I had to send it to PARIS at my own cost. They were very slow in replying to my emails.
Incidentally you can buy the same machine from Amazon for £10. Order from them at least you can return it.

I ordered the device together with extra pads. Package delivered did not contain the extra pads I had paid for. It has taken one month for them to rectify this, and like previous reviewers, I had to supply photographs of everything I had received including the packaging and I felt under suspicion throughout the process.
I use the device daily but would have appreciated more advice and better instructions.
I would not purchase from this company again as the customer service is absolutely awful.

I would like to return both items .they don't work .complete rubbish .stinging electric shocks so uncomfortable please send return address .pads unused .

Great product but absolutely not enough info as to how to get the best from it. No information on changing modes and what each mode offers. Nothing to explain the strength of each programme. However, now I have figured it out with the help if the website, I am happy.

Bought the massager and tried it but unfortunately it did not suit my heart condition? I immediately asked to return it and be refunded.
I received two messages. The first one ,they asked for a video of the massager and all other accessories outside the opened box, so they can allocate it to the correct department .
Once I sent the video I received the second message that they refused the return on the ground that the sealing bag was opened . I could not understand it how am I supposed to inspect and try the massager without taking it out of the sealing bag? They claimed there was a skin infection risk.
I think they are using the skin infection risk as an excuse for not to accept the return . It is quite obvious they can use disinfectant and clean it before re selling it.
I think they are untrustworthy and scam people . I would avoid them by all means.

It's doing things for me and improving my cervical neck problems, good product and price I would recommend it without any problems

This review is for the Acupeo Pulse not the Collar which would appear to be out of stock/unavailable. I purchased it for neck pain. The device is very poorly made. The pads will not adhere to the neck (you would probably need superglue!) and one of the press studs on the pads where it is meant to click in would seem to be in the wrong place as it does not stay clicked shut. I would be very interested in learning the names of the physiotherapists who recommend it. I looks as though I am just going to have to put this down to experience as having read some of the other 1 star reviews refunds are impossible to obtain. They must be laughing all the way to the bank. I will have to purchase a Tens machine from a more reputable source on the High Street.
