Acuro Home Improvements Ltd Reviews

Great service, nice and easy
Really happy with the result

Courteous, good communication.
The guy cleaned up after himself every step of the way and did a lovely professional job.
I love my under stairs storage though it’s actually big enough for my daughter to claim as her ‘secret room’!

Excellent.
The tradesman arrived early, having called 30 minutes before to give me a time of arrival.
He was really tidy, cleaning up after himself every step of the way.
And the quality of work is excellent.
Very happy with my new, under stairs storage.

Excellent experience, clean when doing the job.
Will recommend to others. Very professional.

I contcated acuro home improvememts about installing a hatch at the bottom of my stairs. They quickly got back to me and within a day of sending some info over confirmed I could have it done. With me being based quite far away I had to pay a little extra for travel and accomodation expenses which I thought was fair. Then just had to wait for them to get a couple more jobs locally to make it viable. I was booked in within less than two months which was fine with me.

Just had it done today and I am very very happy with the outcome. The guy I had come was called Marc and he was very polite and explained everything and at the end made sure I was happy with everything before he left. He was a bit worried at first by looking through a a hole that was in the stairs at what he might find behind but int he end everything was fine and he had no problems at all. Overall very very happy with the hatch and would definetly reccomend this company to other people.

Thanks again. Very happy

Great experience from first contact to delivery of service. Arrived at arranged time and did an amazing job that semlessly blends with original structure.

Brilliant addition to the house. Mark was great, walked through the whole project and just cracked on with the job. We all love it and great use of the space we now have!!

Amazing customer service, our new storage is perfect. Already have recommended to many people.

Mark installed some under stair storage this weekend. Very professional, delivered a quality job, & tidied up after! Very happy and I would definitely recommend this to others!

Good product, installation on planned day.

Another excellent job by Acuro Home Improvements. We are really pleased with the loft boarding: great work and everything was organised smoothly from start to finish. Thank you!

Very good and professional service, let the job very clean and tidy

Really really pleased with everything from start to finish, a great service provided and at a reasonable price in my opinion. Couldn’t be happier, Thank You!

Installed under stair storage last week. Old staircase but very neat carpentry has if anything made them stronger. Very useful extra space, couldn't be happier.

Good service, professional , polite and very tidy . .
Brilliant storage for under the stairs 👏

Professional work up to a very high standard.

I recently had my loft boarded by this company and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work.

From the initial enquiry to the final installation, communication was excellent. They explained the process clearly, discussed the best options for my loft space, and provided a fair and transparent quote with no hidden costs.

The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The boarding is solid, well-fitted, and has transformed my loft into a safe and very practical storage space. They also ensured proper insulation and ventilation were maintained, which gave me confidence that the work was done to a high professional standard.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer care. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering loft boarding. Reliable, skilled, and value for money.

Prompt, knowledgeable and a high-standard carried out. It’s the perfect hiding spot for things that don’t need to be out all of the time. Given us much needed space for a small hallway.

Sorry, can’t remember the man‘s name who done my stairs He waswell polite, he cleaned as he went along with his work really pleased and chuffed with the job thank you

Mark came out yesterday to put in storage under stairs. Really neat and tidy job. Cannot tell at all when it's closed that the stairs open. Mark was friendly and helpful and left my hallway spotless. Would definitely recommend.
