Appears to be a total scam, a month out and have received nothing!

These guys need to be reported to Consumer Courts. deliver estimate moved to Feb 2021 and that would be 3 months since I placed the order. It's cheating!

Update: It has been 2 months now and I do not even have a Shipping Label. MY shipping estimates moved from Thanks Giving to Christmas, then new year and then mid Jan. Now it's end of next week. It's just that there is always next week after that. Frankly speaking it's not even a 1 star experience this far down the line!
They still show false timelines of 4-6 weeks on their website when there clearly are people like me waiting for 2+ months.

In line with others, I had bad experience with Adam Fitness. Before placing the order, I did read general feedback on bad customer experience and disregarded them which was a mistake. Do not repeat that!

Adam Fitness always displays Items in Stock. Do not fall for it! What that likely means is their suppliers have raw materials to make weights and not that Adam Fitness has the weights.

I placed my order on 16th Nov and before placing it, connected with them on Chat(Messenger) to get awareness on shipping time. It was told generally it takes them 10 days and I was fine even if it took 2 weeks.

Week 1 (11/20) Connected them again on 11/20 and was told it's running late by 1 week.

Week 2 (ThanksGiving) : Adam Fitness updated they would need 1-2 weeks of lead time. They use words full of ambiguity and you will fall for it. Estimate at this time was around Thanksgiving

Week 3 (11/30) : Again connected on Messenger and was told the item would be surely shipped this week

Weeks 3 (12/4): Since this is their last day(Friday) on the week when they ship. I was told it should ship out

Week 4: (12/7) : On messenger, I was told their warehouse had some issues so could not ship. And they will be now shipping my package any day and shall have tracking

Week 4: (12/11): They are no longer available on Messenger and were too busy to pick phone. Sent a text and received their reply next day that "It is currently taking 4-6 weeks to process order. You order isn't expected to fill around Christmas". Again based on their conversation style they wouldn't clearly say when it will ship.

So I see a trend, folks at ADAM Fitness don't have any idea if and when items would ship. Showing false timings 2-3 weeks on their website is a trap to funnel in more customers when they clearly know they can't deliver . BTW 2-3 weeks was something they have recently started showing. I feel I lost time working with them and that's what all customers go through. It's a spiral down circle where you spend another week in hope of receiving package and to make up for the lost time. Many customers could take an informed decision if they would show it takes 2 months for them to ship and have less hard feelings about waiting on an order.

On the brighter side these weights are kind of cheapest in the market and from pictures look good. Generally Customer Service is available for queries and have offered free cancellation and full refund. Also this is the only option Customer Service will provide you once you complain them of late orders. You will be talking to founders and co-founders so feel privileged as they will often remind you of that. My overall experience would really have been a 5 star and likely the same for many others, had they shared honest shipping estimates and not repeatedly hurt customer trust by false promises

I recently ordered an extra set from Amazon at a higher price and it's already on its way. I am still not going to Cancel this order which is over 550$ and keep posting updates every week until they ship it. May be this might help some other customers from falling for their false shipping estimates.

Update : Week 6 (11/22)

Received 35 lbs plate from my entire order of 410 lbs. The plates look good from outside but can not be used due to imperfections in the plate hole which will scratch and ruin my olympic bar. I reached out again and was told of a free replacement (likely after another 2 months).

On the other hand now the estimated date for rest of the order has moved to mid of January. Again it's not a certain date but tentative.

I still appreciate that I get response on my texts sooner or later and wish some day to receive the weights. Clearly its going to take 2-3 months

Also want to give credit to their super fast shipping. I received the 35 lbs plate in 2 days once UPS picked them. And now that's a different matter it requires replacement :(
I find seller Ack'ing the problems and still would like to see this through!

Writing this review to offset all the 1 star reviews out there. Here is my experience with AD4M:

Nov 15th: (2) 25’s + (4) 10’s ordered, email said “wait 1-2 weeks for processing” (did not say “shipping”, so I wasn’t really expecting them to get shipped out that fast).

In between: several emails sent by AD4M explaining logistic/shipping delays and updates on when new product would arrive. Very transparent about issues.

Dec 8th: email sent with tracking numbers

Dec 10th: weights received and look pretty good, a few small paint chips, but it’s a weight plate that will probably sit collecting dust in my garage 99% of the time anyway. I’m not picky. Packaging probably could’ve been a little better, but I’m sure angry UPS drivers probably tossed these things around in their trucks multiple times.

So maybe it was ~1/2 weeks longer than expected, but considering the lowest price you can find online and the fact there is a supply/demand issue everywhere this seems more than fair.

Would order again from them, give them a chance. Seems like they got a lot of their early issues ironed out being a new business? Support small businesses instead of sending your $$$ to a company that price gouges, just gotta be a little patient? Thanks, that was my experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND. Placed an order in October, was promised a shipment 4-5 times over a course of a few months, nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Waiting on my order from November with no ship date in sight. Contacted them and received a generic response about delays. I would like to just receive my weights . I expected a longer ship time but communication has been terrible which makes me very nervous.

Ordered with the information that they had shipments coming in at the beginning of November. Coming up on 6 weeks, and no updates besides generic emails with a YouTube video. If they were straight up about it taking 1-2 months that’s one thing. Stating on their website to expect 2 weeks because of shipments coming in, then not delivering is just bad business. The excuses on the videos don’t cut it either. How would you not know if the warehouse was going to be off for an extended period of time, and factor that in, let alone factor in Covid delays. There’s clearly a lack of communication throughout their logistical chain. If you can’t do business, you shouldn’t be in business. If you were honest, people would be more forgiving. I requested a refund in full today.

Do not use this service. This Man is stealing money from as many as people possible through a scam of some sort to either mimic a high end lifestyle OR fund some sort of investments OR cover some sort of serious debts. Spoke to members of his family dealing with major delay on an order to cancel and it appears that they are all in on the scam or at least complicit. This man deserves to go to prison.

Ordered my weights on November 9th and even got a live person on the phone when i placed the order telling me they had everything in stock and that it would only be 4 days until they shipped everything (410#'s of weight). Now 1 month later i dont get any emails back, the company's live chat isn't working and the number you call just goes to a generic voicemail. Only positive i can write so far is that the company did honor their black Friday deal even after my order but still when asking about tracking or delivery i get no response! Still waiting but getting ready to cancel my order completely!

100% Con Artist RUN AWAY. Using people's money to invest in crypto currencies and cover other expenses. Even wore a T shirt of a popular Crypto called Ethereum. He's just a slick con man. Uses fake customers and fake reviews to offset negative reviews.

Would be 0 stars if I could. Waited 8.5 weeks for my order to ship (website showed-and still shows-a 2-3 week processing time for shipping: this is a LIE). To be fair: I received a 20% discount after my first public complaint, and received my refund promptly upon canceling the order.

This company has a lot of maturing to do, so I recommend consumers LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Constant runaround for almost 3 months; This company lost my trust completely. Rogue, Rep Fitness, Titan, or the expensive Eleiko are companies that care about quality equipment and pain-free customer service. They won't make excuses or false promises that your equipment will ship. They won't continue to take orders they can't keep up with. Don't waste your time. Get your refund. Disputing the charge is the fastest route. Since I received part of my order before canceling the rest, look at my profile picture. The cast iron quality is meh; blotched paint, some areas have dribbles and you can still see some bare metal. Save yourself the frustration.
Updated: When getting a refund, don't believe their little picture they send via email that "your refund has been processed". 8 days later and my money was still in their pockets. Dispute the charge and continue living leech free.

Ordered 2 45 pound plates on 10/20/20. Received 1 plate on 11/10/20. Got a tracking number for the 2nd plate that was never picked up by UPS. Sent emails, voice mails, texts and got zero responses. Never heard back from the company or received the second plate.

Non-existent order tracking. I placed an order over a month ago for some plates and haven't received a single update regarding the order. No tracking, no estimated date for shipment, nothing. First email I sent they responded with "will ship soon." Second and third email nobody responded to. Weeks later and still no follow-up. I was able to get ahold of somebody on Facebook and they said the same thing, "soon." Wish I could tell my customers that, would certainly make my job a lot easier. Steer clear of this company. They are clearly overburdened with orders and can't fulfill their current backlog.

See this is what I'm talking about. You take the time to respond to comments but not enough to verify the product has even been delivered. I have NOT received my order yet. Please check with your shipping department. Also I have requested a refund through my credit card company. Please verify the request. I'm done waiting.

My experience has been similar to the review below. I ordered my weights on 10/27 and paid $720.99. At that time the website said that they were shipping in 2 weeks and after November 10 within 72 hours. It is November 18 today and I haven't received any weight or even updates yet. Even worse, since last Friday I have emailed them twice, called and used their chat function but haven't been able to get through to anyone.

Ordered my weights on October 28 it is now november 29th I have received nothing paid $397 dollars for nothing but sorry for the delay and now I can't even reach support anymore one month of waiting and nothing are the weights coming from overseas?

Just got my weights today, they look great & were delivered fast in comparison to everywhere else I looked. I’ll be glad when this shortage is over.

weighed all of the weights and they were all the equal, besides a minor 46lb 45 they look great, no chips on the edges or anything

Just got these so that I can get some more weight on the bar. These are the best iron plates I have ever seen. They fit the bar tight and their weight checks out close to the markings. They look great too. I am looking forward to a long hard struggle against them.

The only plates I use! Bought my first complete set over twenty years ago and just added 2 more 45 lb plates to my home gym.

Excellent cast iron plates. Appearance is head and shoulders among similarly priced competition. Clean. Tough. Durable finish. Lettering is precise unlike some sloppy stuff others offer.
