Yes she does put photos and descriptions but played down how bad and noticeable the defeat was !!!!
She never answered why I still didn’t get my welcome offer as I did purchase something else and as I would not have bought the bag if I saw it in a shop the £15 I had to pay to return should have been refunded so she owes me £35 ! Which I will now take further !!
Yes the colour was cream but again misleading as the first description and on the main photo says white it’s only when you go to the bottom of one if her sections it did say the bag comes as a cream shade - why doesn’t she just put in the title!!!
Also going further her replies are quite rude and condescending
Again to many better pre loved sellers out there - her attitude is what lets her down !!
Instead of admitting it was worse and she refunded what was owed it could have been easily resolved

I would never buy again from this company
I first made contact with Jade about a Gucci bag and was offered £20 off for being a new customer and then liked a Chanel item so she took off another £10 so £30 in total.
When I received the 2 items the Gucci bag had a very noticeable mark on the front which was played down by the owner and had i have know would not have bought it . I then had to return the bag at a cost of £15 plus she then deducted £30 which she should really only have deducted £10 because she gave me a discount of £20 for being a new customer which obviously didn’t matter to her once I was returning something !!! So I am now £45 out of pocket due to the owner playing down a faulty bag !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!! Be aware when buying from this company !!!!! There are so many companies out there selling pre loved with better condition bags !! Oh and thank goodness it wasn’t on consignment as you don’t get your money back so be very careful

We are sorry that the customer remains disappointed.
The customer's original concern was that the bag was cream rather than white and wished to return on the basis it was not as described. However, the listing explicitly stated that the bag was a cream shade and not white.
After we clarified this, the customer subsequently raised different concerns regarding the condition of the bag. The wear to the front flap referenced in the review was specifically disclosed within the written condition report and shown in close-up photographs within the listing. We provide detailed descriptions of the interior, exterior and hardware, alongside approximately 30 photographs, to allow customers to assess the condition of each item before purchase.
Although we believed the item was accurately described, we accepted the return and issued a prompt refund upon receipt in accordance with our straightforward returns policy.
The remaining disagreement relates to a promotional discount of £30 that was applied when two items were purchased together. As one of those items was returned, the promotional discount no longer applied and the refund was therefore calculated accordingly. The customer was refunded the amount paid for the returned item. As only one item remained purchased, the promotional discount no longer applied.
We pride ourselves on accurate descriptions, transparency and customer service, which is reflected in the overwhelming majority of our customer feedback and ratings. In the event any customer is unhappy, we always aim to resolve any disputes or concerns in a transparent, fair and timely manner.

We believe detailed written condition reports and extensive photography are particularly important when selling pre-owned luxury items online, which is why we provide extensive detail on each item. Whilst we provide comprehensive information to assist customers in making an informed purchasing decision, it is important that customers review the full listing and photographs prior to purchase.
