Addicted To Handbags Reviews

I recently bought a black Mulberry Bayswater from ATH and I'm delighted with my purchase. Shipping was so quick after purchase. The presentation of my bag was top notch. It came with it's dust bag but some bubble warp and lovely tissue paper made the delivery look lovely. The little sweet treat was a nice touch! Jade has great stock; would definitely buy again, if the bank balance permits :)

Amazing service, swift postage and amazing good quality and authentic purse.
Thank you so much

Thrilled with my new bag! I’ve been watching the Instagram reals, reading reviews and hoping for the bag I’ve been waiting for to pop up. Luckily, I was online at the right time and managed to get the brand and style I’d had my eye on for a long time. The quality of bag I received exceeded my expectations and is exactly as advertised. Delivery was swift and the bag beautifully packaged with all the authenticity certificates. I am converted to pre-loved and will definitely be looking here for my next handbag purchase!

Super fast delivery! The handbag is exactly as described and the quality is excellent. Very happy with my purchase.

I have now bought two handbags from the website. One in 2024, another one recently in 2026. Having initially bought a bag in 2024, I was very nervous about buying designer preloved due to authenticity. There was something about addicted to handbags that made me really trust its genuine products. I was not disappointed when the bag arrived and it’s still my most used bag of my little collection. When the bag I had been after for a while was finally on sales, I knew I could trust addicted to handbags. Jade even kindly delayed dispatch for me to ensure I was home after vacation. Thanks Jade. I can highly recommend.

Once again, great service.

Fast delivery great communication

First time ordering and Had an amazing ,stress free experience ordering. I Would definitely order again and highly recommend .

Excellent - second handbag I’ve purchased from Jade. Bag just as described (or even better). Fast delivery.

Having bought pre loved designer before from various places and being disappointed with the condition I was a bit unsure. I was so impressed with this bag, the description online was spot on and the condition is excellent, better than I expected. The bag was also sent really quickly too despite me ordering over a bank holiday. I also absolutely love that there are so many detailed pictures of the bags including them being worn/carried, it helped massively. This will definitely be my first stop when looking for pre loved again in the future, thank you so much.
