Company went bankrupt. Stuck me with a $500+ bill to get my car out of storage because they were not paying their bills. Had to fly from overseas so the car wasn't taken as a lien against their debts. Complete garbage experience.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because they don't pay. I did a transport job for them, and they have blocked me to avoid paying me.

We experienced multiple unauthorized charges from ADKOS totaling $1,485 more than a year ago. Despite repeated requests and providing bank statements as proof, only a small portion has been refunded, leaving an outstanding balance of $1,188.00. ADKOS president, Ryan A. Barrett, acknowledged the unauthorized charges and promised not once to return the money which did not happen. All the evidence is preserved and can be provided upon request.

Maria was a great! She explained everything perfectly and walked us through everything staying in contact. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable budget friendly services!

Professional and transparent. Carville took the time to explain everything in great detail and answer my questions- quite unlike my experiences with other providers, who tried to sweet talk me into my credit card details as fast as possible. The start of the process until the end was so smooth. Mr. Coles was extremely courteous and followed through. He guided me throughout the entire process.

Used Adkos seven years ago and they came back in September and charged me six times ($900+) within a two week period for services no longer rendered. I contacted Ryan, the president, and I never got my money back. DON’T USE THEM!

ADKOS, and George in particular, provided outstanding service. They were incredibly communicative and accommodating while helping us manage vehicle storage for our college student, who was leaving the country for six months. They expertly coordinated both the drop-off and delivery of the vehicle on our behalf, making a complex long-distance situation completely seamless.

I used ADKOS 5 year ago and had a great service experience. Today I noticed an unauthorized charge from them, so I called immediately. Ryan was great and explained the problem with them switching to a new system and it charging older clients. He is working to resolve the issue, and I'm very thankful to him for that. I hope this change in system, which I am sure took place to help the business and its clients, resolves quickly for all who trust ADKOS.

I previously posted about unauthorized withdrawals from my account by ADKOS, which understandably caused major concern. I’m pleased to report that the issue has been fully resolved.

The company’s president, Ryan Barrett, personally reached out, identified the problem, and ensured that every incorrect charge was reversed. He handled the matter promptly and professionally, and my account is now fully closed with no further issues.

While the situation was frustrating at first, I genuinely appreciate how ADKOS took responsibility and worked quickly to correct it. It’s good to see a company stand behind its integrity and make things right.

I stored my vehicle with ADKOS years ago and had a great experience at that time. Unfortunately, that positive impression has been completely erased. Within the past three weeks, I’ve had seven unauthorized withdrawals totaling nearly $1,600 taken from my bank account by this company — years after my business with them ended.

These deductions are currently without authorization or consent. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning, especially for a company that handles customers’ personal and financial information. Proceed with extreme caution before providing them any banking details.

Stored my car here and ADKOS made it super simple. Good communication, and good people. Highly recommend.

I stored my car with ADKOS years ago and the service was great! However, this month I have had fraudulent charges appear in my bank account from this company. BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY will continue to DEDUCT PAYMENTS from YOUR ACCOUNT after you are finished doing business with them!!

After getting scammed by another “shipping Company”, a friend gave me Adkos information… I called and spoke with Carville, who was super helpful and gave some great advice. He explained the process and stated that they didn’t need any money up front and that it could take up to 21 days to get the vehicle shipped. Everything he said came to fruition and our truck was delivered. They stayed in contact with us and the driver was super helpful…The only problem that we had was that it really wasn’t door to door, because the drop location was not near any major highway. However, they worked with us and got us to the nearest area that they could do the drop off. I definitely would use them again if needed and would tell anyone trying to ship a vehicle to use them.
