Thank you for your feedback, even though it is negative. 

Some of the statements you left us are confusing, as Admirria has never referred you to any other company. Instead, as you mentioned in your email to us, you were recommended to purchase our courses. We are happy to have helped you resolve this issue successfully!

Admirria provides online financial education. You can buy one of our trading courses to learn the basics and more advanced aspects of trading and gain the confidence to make intelligent decisions with your finances. As an educational website, we are often recommended by many traders who want their clients to be educated. However, Admirria is not a broker. 

We see that you are unsatisfied with your investment with a broker of your choosing. Understandably, we cannot assist you in your business with a different company from a different country.

Thank you for an opportunity to address your concerns. Your feedback is very valuable.
However, there seems to be confusion in your statements. You describe your experience with a different company and not with Admirria.

Admirria is an online provider of financial education. We offer a selection of courses about trading and financial markets that can assist you in becoming a confident investor and in making intelligent decisions with your finances. As such, we happen to be recommended by many traders. That being said, Admirria does not offer any trading accounts or investments. 

We want to stress that Admirria does not deliver its educational services and products via phone calls. We are sorry that you receive unwanted calls, however, our company does not make introductory calls to our students, and we are not responsible for this unfortunate issue.

As any business, we strive to deliver the best service to our customers, and we were sorry to see you go after you decided not to pursue financial education and refund your purchase at Admirria.

Dear Michiel,

Thank you for your review. Your statements are confusing, as Admirria is not found on the websites you mention. As a financial education provider, we are recommended by many traders. However, we offer only education and lessons on trading and financial markets.

We are not sure what code you are talking about. Could you have confused us with another company? Representatives of Admirria do not make introductory calls to our customers. Our courses are delivered via our official website admirria.com. After you purchase a course, you are sent to login and password in an email, so you can access the content on the website and learn. You do not need any code besides the password to your account. 

Admirria does not provide any investment opportunities, as we are not a trading company but an education provider. The money with which you purchase one of our courses is a payment.

An update:
Dear Michiel, as we replied, Admirria is not an investment company. We are not connected to Spy News or any other investment company. If you purchased one of our educational courses, then the money is the payment for our services, and only we hold the funds. As you have not provided any details that can help us identify you and your purchase in our system, we, unfortunately, cannot help you further.
