Unfortunately, my experience with ADMITA rental company was very disappointing.
The back seat of the car had been stained with some kind of greasy substance. At first glance the stain was barely noticeable and could only be seen upon close inspection, so I only discovered the issue after my brand-new raincoat and jacket had already been damaged.
After reporting the problem, the company’s employees confirmed both verbally and in writing that they had already been aware of the stain beforehand. They apologized that I had not been informed about it before the vehicle was handed over and acknowledged the inconvenience and damage caused.
Although the stains were successfully removed through professional dry cleaning, the company refused to reimburse the cleaning costs, despite admitting they had prior knowledge of the issue. What makes this even more disappointing is that I had also purchased full additional insurance directly through them, so in a situation like this it would have been entirely reasonable to expect a responsible approach and proper assistance from their side.
In my opinion, this attitude is unprofessional and unfair. Customers should not have to cover expenses caused by a problem the company already knew about before the rental began. I expected a much higher level of customer service and responsibility from such a company.
