Working with AD Mortgage for the first time was an outstanding experience. They absolutely exceeded all of my expectations.
I had a very challenging loan involving a property in a rural area, but Andrey Dorosh and his team walked me through the entire process, hand in hand, and made what could have been a difficult transaction much easier.
The underwriting team was always accessible, responsive, and willing to work through the challenges with us. And the closing team? They came through with flying colors!
Andrey was amazing from start to finish. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, everything worked out extremely well, and most importantly, the client was very happy.
I would not hesitate to work with AD Mortgage and Andrey again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lender that truly cares about getting the deal done.

My first loan with A&D, so it's always a learning curve with new lenders. Even with a couple of minor curveballs from underwriting, we were able to close on time. The turnaround from CTC to closed was as smooth and quick as I've ever experienced.

AD is my go-to for non-qm for years now and my experience has been great! I believe a big part of the reason is because I have an excellent Account Executive, Edward Webb! He is knowledgeable, available, he follows through, always right there helping any issues get resolved and assisting in getting exceptions accepted. Having a top-notch A/E is very important, especially with non-qm deals.
