Regarding the mtDNA, we would like to clarify that if you uploaded a file from another company such as MyHeritage, that information is not included in the original RAW file, so we cannot display data that isn't there. Additionally, please note that AncestryDNA stopped providing this specific data in January, which could be another reason why it is missing from your results.
However, if you purchased your kit directly from us, you should definitely have access to this information. If that is the case and for some reason you don't see it, please email us at hello@adntro.com and we will be happy to look into it for you.

I am still pretty surprised that the ancient admixture origins actually almost matched my modern day origin results on my ancestry test perfectly! The only thing that threw me off was the ancient asian part, but that completely makes sense after realizing that it just split my indigenous american amounts and traced them to their oldest origins! I am just mind blow at how accurate and close it got to my modern results with using just raw data. I've uploaded two different types of data too, once with ancestry and the other with my heritage and both times VERY close to each other in results, obviously not exactly the same being that these were two different tests. Some hits were lower or higher. I recommend it!

ADNTRO, fácil, cómodo y con diseño atractivo
El proceso con ADNTRO es fácil. El paquete llega a casa bien, aún viviendo en el estranjero y los resultados han salido antes de lo previsto.
Además, la app en la que te presenta todo es muy visual y fácil de entender. Pero si te interesa ser más específico y leer los estudios, también tienes los enlaces directamente desde cada sección.
Estoy muy contenta y me gusta que se vayan publicando novedades cada cierto tiempo.

No me convence.
Habría que ver lo riguroso del reporte comparándolo con otro de un servicio diferente, pero, en principio, parece serio.
Lo que no me gusta nada es que pagas una pasta y el informe solo lo puedes ver durante un año y luego desaparece. No me parece justo. Es como si te compras un libro y al año lo tienes que devolver. Lo has pagado, no? Se supone que es tuyo para siempre.

Queremos aclarar un punto importante: tu informe no desaparece al cabo de un año. Una vez finaliza el periodo de suscripción, sigues teniendo acceso a tus resultados genéticos. Lo único que deja de estar disponible son las novedades, actualizaciones y contenidos de la comunidad, que forman parte de la suscripción activa.
Esto se debe a que mantener y actualizar los estudios científicos, publicar nuevos resultados y mejorar continuamente la plataforma tiene un coste continuo para nosotros. Creemos que es justo que esas mejoras constantes estén ligadas a la suscripción, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que ofrecemos un servicio muy accesible para la cantidad y la calidad de los informes que proporcionamos.
Y algo fundamental: tu ADN es siempre tuyo. Puedes descargar tu archivo genético cuando quieras y conservarlo para siempre, independientemente de la suscripción.
