The product I received did not look like the pictures. It wasn't even real leather. The buckle was plastic and not metal. It also turns out they are not based in the Netherlands, but in china

I received no confirmation of my order, but my bank account was debited straight away. The order has not been delivered and all attempts to contact Adore Fashion by email have been bounced back as ‘undeliverable’. Very disappointing

The quality is terrible. The fabric is cheap, the shoes are the worst. One pair broke within 10 wears, the others were so ugly, did not look like the photo at all, and the material, shape, and workmanship was completely amateur. Stay away! It is a con. Their exceptional quality does not exist.
Their web and email address say NZ. Their website address says Netherlands. Their returns address is China which is the true address. They use AI to make their responses sound good but they are rubbish!! Stay away!!!

Don't order from them. If you want to do exchanges or returns you have to ship it back to China and thats the end of them doing anything about it. No credit refund and being trying to do this since January 2025!

It is a drop shipping company. The orthopaedic sandals are not fit for purposes and cost 3.5 times for exactly same product from Temu. It is a scam.

I returned a dress I bought that was very different from the description on Adore's website. 3 months later and having returned the item by tracked postage I am still waiting on a refund. Adore has not responded to my recent correspondence asking about the refund due.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The shop has a huge selection, and the products are of excellent quality. Always a pleasure to shop here!

Purchased a pair of what was said to be a pair of stylish comfortable orthopaedic sandals a few weeks ago, and they’re rubbish! Definitely not orthopaedic let alone comfortable, not what they look like on the website either regarding the material they’re made with… will not be purchasing from adore again I’m afraid.

I ordered a shirt that was advertised to be linen and it was polyester. Would have never ordered if I had known that. As soon as I saw it was from China, I knew I was in trouble. I know it won't be worth returning so will have to use around house & garden in winter.

Terribly slow shipping. Very disappointing

I ordered in December and still have not got my package. The clothes are coming from China not Dublin. I tried contacting them on their website and instagram but have not heard anything back! Would not buy off this website as I don’t think I will receive my package at all at this stage.

Products are of ok quality but make sure e you choose very carefully. If wrong size you can’t just send back. I bought shoes and they did not fit and to send them back it would have cost more then shoes were worth. They gave me a 30% refund but what good is that when shoes don’t fit.
Be very careful.

Shockingly bad. I thought I was ordering from Dublin. Even read up on so called Irish couple running the business. Complete bull . Came from China.Spent €100 on absolute rubbish. Cheap, nasty garments. I bought 3XL ,am a size 12 UK but wanted baggy jumpers. Tiny size ,my size 8 sister can't fit into . Please, please do not buy anything here. They have 5 star trust pilot review. Must be bogus.

I ordered this because it was listed as an Auckland based company. They also advertised as being quality and had prices that reflected this. I paid almost $70 for a dress that was half price. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, it was terrible quality. The fabric was cheap and nasty and it was sewn together like it was made by a preschooler in a hurry. I could have got similar quality from shine for a fraction of the price. Clearly imported from China at a hugely hiked up price. Very disappointing.

Fits wonderfully! Very comfortable and the fabric feels good on the skin.
