Adored Holidays Reviews

It's my second time using Chris and have recommended him to a number of friends and family. Always a great experience, very easy to talk to and great knowledge of hotels and deals.

Thanks Chris for booking a great holiday for us. So attentive, no question or ask was too big or small when we was back and forth on hotels and he is available at all times. So responsive, thanks Chris ,will book again!

I’ve used Adored Holidays several times now, and each experience has been consistently excellent. From the moment you get in touch, the team is welcoming, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I especially want to mention Rosie, one of the sales assistants, who has gone above and beyond every single time.

Rosie is friendly, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping you find the best options for your trip, she has helped me plan holidays surie for my young family. She listens carefully to what you want, offers great suggestions, and always finds a way to stay within budget without compromising on quality.

Thanks to Rosie and the rest of the team at Adored Holidays, my travels have been smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and expert guidance!

Thank you,
Minisha

Exceptional Service & Incredible Value – Thank You Chris!

I’ll be honest – I was initially very sceptical about booking with Adored Holidays, having always gone through high street names like TUI and Thomas Cook. But from the moment we started dealing with Chris, any doubts quickly disappeared.

Chris was incredibly personable, attentive, and made the whole process feel seamless. We booked a trip for seven of us, including two young children, to Atlantis The Palm in Dubai – a once-in-a-lifetime holiday – and everything was organised perfectly. Not a single hiccup from start to finish.

What’s more, we saved close to £10,000 compared to a quote we had from TUI for the exact same trip. That kind of value, paired with such professional service, is hard to beat.

Massive thanks to Chris and Adored Holidays – you made our dream holiday a reality. We’ll definitely be booking through you again!

I booked a family holiday to Dubai through Adored Holidays today, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Alasdair handled our booking and truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and found the perfect deal for us — all at the best price we could find anywhere. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend Adored Holidays and Alasdair in particular for anyone planning their next getaway!

Booked our trip to Dubai with Rosie. Had not used this company before as I had not heard of the company. We regularly go to Dubai, contacted adored holidays and Rosie was able to give me a very good price with further discount. Rosie was very good at what she did for us. It was a very quick process from booking to getting confirmation. Though we did have problems with the admin team which was no fault of Rosie’s. My family have also booked with Rosie to go away next month and we will continue to do too. Rosie is very professional at what she does and keeps in touch with you via WhatsApp which is great. Keep up the excellent work Rosie 🙏🏼

Yet another holiday sorted by Chris from a Adored holidays would definitely recommend very helpful and efficient nice guy

Just booked our big family holiday to Florida for 2027 with Alasdair. Brillant price, fantastic villa and very much looking forward to it. Alasdair had excellent communication and knowledge of the best places to stay and found us an unbeatable price for villa and flights. Will update again post our trip so far excellency service roll on May 27 :)

I’ve lost track of the number of holidays Chris has booked for us now, we must be on 10+! Each and every time Chris makes the whole process so simple, from finding the best deals to booking and issuing the documentation and the follow up calls to see how things went the whole process is smooth and it really feels like Chris cares. Cannot recommend him highly enough, he is a credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with!

Thanks again Chris

Once again excellent service with Chris
He takes so much care and always keep in touch
Can’t recommend them enough
Thank you again Chris 😊

Our 5th time booking with Adored Holidays 3years in a row and now looking at the next one to book! We have always been lucky to have Chris with our bookings. This time we wanted the maldives for a two week family holiday over Easter. We found some deals online that just looked too good to be true, as we always thought the maldives to be out of our price range. We shared the details with Chris, who found a way of not only being cheaper, but assisting with better direct flights and including some additional extras such as sea planes transfers with no added cost. Every holiday we book with Chris, he's made sure we are treated like royalty at the hotels! When booking with Adored, we feel safe, well protected and understood and most of all can book with full confidence.

This was the first time that we have used Adored Holidays. The service, attention to detail and organisation was exceptional and gave us a fantastic stress free holiday. Chris was outstanding with his management of our requests and his suggestions were great. Will definitely be using them again.

First time using a travel agent like Adored Holidays, and it was so good that we will definitely do it again. Chris sorted out our trip to Dubai, getting special offers we probably would not have been able to access ourselves. Everything was seamless with the transport pick up and drop off; the hotel was gorgeous and in a great location.
And his communication throughout the process was on point; nothing seemed too much trouble.

We booked our honeymoon (the Maldives and Dubai) through adored holidays and couldn’t have asked for a better service. We had Chris deal with the whole process and couldn’t do enough to ensure everything was perfect, he was so helpful and answered all our questions with detail. He found us the best deal, after getting quotes off 2 other companies, adored holidays was the cheapest by far. We will definitely be booking through Chris again in the future. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed with the overall experience!

This is now the third time I have booked with Chris and again, fantastic. I had to change my whole holiday and it was faultless, Chris dealt with everything effortlessly. I will definitely be using Chris at Adored Holidays again

We have booked with Adored Holidays before and have never had anything but 5 star service from start to finish. We booked a last minute trip to Dubai for 5 nights at the end of March, staying at the Sofitel The Palm. Adored Holidays were by far the cheapest after several searches online. Chris, as always is incredibly helpful and always available to answer my 20 questions!! Thanks again :)

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience working with Chris at Adored Holidays for our recent trip to Dubai. This is the second time we've had the pleasure of booking our holiday through him, and once again, he delivered exceptional service.

Chris was attentive and took the time to understand our preferences. He made the booking process seamless, handling everything from flights to accommodations with great care.

What impressed me the most was Chris's responsiveness. He was always there to answer any questions we had, which made us feel supported throughout the planning process.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday thanks to Chris's dedication and expertise. If you’re planning a trip, I highly recommend reaching out to him at Adored Holidays. We’ll definitely be returning for our future travel needs!

Just came back from Mauritius. All the arrangements were done by Chris who was very particular and efficient with his work. He listened to our requests and also suggested better things for us. He managed to get us a room upgrade in one of the hotel. Looking forward to dealing with him on our next holidays

We have just returned from a holiday to Dubai, booked with Rosie at Adored Holidays. She was really efficient and got us a great deal. A slight mishap at the hotel on arrival but having messaged Rosie, it was all dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Would definately use Rosie again. Thank you
