We used AdPower for a 6 week, geotargeted campaign. Jack was extremely helpful in getting this off the ground - introducing the platform to us, then helping us with artwork approvals (being a food business, we had to work with HFSS restrictions), and site improvements.

As the platform is new, the team were open to feedback and improvements - however it's great to have visibility and the ability to book yourself, and the turnaround is quick.

I'm looking forward to using this again.

I’m part of a small theatre group that wanted to try OOH advertising for the first time and I have to say AdPower app was so easy to use. It was actually quite fun playing around with all the different options available to us! We ended up choosing 3 bus ads which go live this weekend and we’re so excited to see it come to life!
We chose to design and upload our own ads which was super simple to do, and when I had any questions the team got back to me very quickly.
I would highly recommend.

Amazing so simple to use and add is live on radio the next day Charlotte was also amazing and on hand for all advise and support.

I’ve used Ad Power now for two clients as a media consultant helping brands move away from reliance on digital channels and into offline brand testing. Each time has been seamless, with a user experience I’ve been genuinely impressed with. One client (DTC homewares brand) saw a significant uplift in testing radio alongside performance channels in a region which has given their team the confidence to run more always on radio advertising. I’ve not yet used the AI creative tool but this was a nifty feature and I imagine very useful if budgets were tight. Genuinely impressed and can’t recommend enough.

I used AdPower's self-service system expecting a streamlined way to manage our audio campaign, but the execution has been a complete disaster.The platform's interface is riddled with dashboard glitches that make adjusting or monitoring campaigns incredibly frustrating. Worst of all, the reporting is virtually non-existent. It provides a basic, vague number of surface-level impressions, but gives absolutely no breakdown of exact broadcast timestamps. I am spending real money on radio advertising and have no way of knowing exactly when our ads are actually being played.When I reached out to resolve these glitches and get clarity on our broadcast schedule, the customer support was shockingly poor. My emails have gone completely unanswered, leaving us entirely in the dark.Avoid this platform until they fix their technical bugs, provide transparent reporting metrics, and actually hire a support team to answer paying clients.

The entire team and Jack made our whole experience running tube ads for the first time. We can’t wait to do more ads with them in the future! If you’re thinking about doing this - don’t hesitate!
