They will push you to start spending, no support unless you are you are throwing money away, i was only getting bounce visits from reddit, seems they are still running on a beta system

I could not even know where to start. I had a client who wanted to test Reddit ads. I created an account, I created a campaign and boom, Miss Yara reached out to me as my Account Manager. Everything barely moved with approvals and issues with the account. All the suggestions were to invest more, when they were barely answering.

After that, I got in contact with Andrea, the manager. He had some interactions, but at a certain point, he stopped replying. He switched me to James, who initially looked like a good lad. At the end, of course, no reply.

I don't know how they are still hired by the company. I begged them with multiple follow-ups to help me give money to Reddit. I guess their objectives are different from serving the clients.

Awful experience. A woke company that has all the other things to do besides serving and helping the clients who want to spend money on Reddit. As they say, go woke, go broke.

Reddit has banned every account I've ever made and gave me no reason as to why, all because I may have said something people didn't like. I've explained to appeals that I never was banned from any sub and my account ethanmiller2948 has been banned and remain banned because of the content policy bs. Despite making new efforts I've tried everything I could when getting my account back. I've appealed only to immediately get denied. I've went to reddit legal, I've tried using friends phones and co-workers phones to use reddit and they still get me banned and my friends also banned. If you use a vpn you will either be suspended, or shadowbanned and if not all your posts get marked and filtered as spam. This place is toxic and doesn't value anyone on the platform. I've seen posts from modsupport saying that someone threatens to r word their mom and family and violent stuff and they dont get suspended. I've even had a family member who had a friend who was supposedly an admin see if they could unsuspend my account and they said they couldn't which was bull Sherlock. My accounts, ethanmiller2948, importantgrand4062, eatgamez, knowledgehauntingxxx, 2livendie4la, smashthesejordans, and so on are all suspended and you can never use reddit. I also had reddit as well but now they prevent me from even being able to upvote or downvote anything so it really is just useless I used it because there's nothing else like Yahoo Answers. If you want to be silenced or banned because someone butthurt didn't like what you said or you messaged a mod in the nicest way or even get reported, and have every connected account banned with no possibility of getting your account back, or being able to use reddit then I highly suggest you use this frigging platform. You'd be very pleased and impressed.

My username is geobrag and for over a year I've been trying to retrieve it and I try my 2FA but they do not ever retrieve my profile, even for closing my profile.

I’ve been using Reddit for more than a month already, and overall I really like it. There is always a lot of content, and it keeps surdrising me in a good way. I also enjoy taking part in discussions and earning karma along the way. The only small downside is that sometimes there are weird comments or random posts that feel unnecessary, like “what should we name this cat,” but thankfully that is not too common. For me, the good parts clearly outweigh that.

Reddit Ads is the worst service I could ever imagine. I tried to promote my post using paid ads, and they charged me $10 right after I created my first ad campaign. But then, all of my ads got rejected—without any clear explanation of how their platform actually works. I tried editing the title, changing the photo, and updating the link, but nothing worked. I finally gave up, removed all my Visa card details from their website, and closed my ad account immediately. I’m completely done with them.

Unfair and contradictory moderation

I posted a genuine story appreciating Suwaseriya 1990, Sri Lanka's emergency ambulance service. It received 144 upvotes and 23 comments within a couple of hours. Moderators removed it claiming AI generation. I explained that I only used AI to polish my English — every detail was real and personally witnessed.

They approved my appeal and asked me to edit the post to disclose that AI was used for translation. Although I used AI only to refine my English, I tried to edit as per their instructions, but was surprised to find that they had permanently banned me instead.

Approving an appeal and then banning the person who tried to comply is contradictory and unjust. My only intention was to appreciate a valuable public service and raise awareness among Sri Lankans who are not fully aware of this service. No rules were violated and no criminal offence was committed to warrant a permanent ban. This kind of unaccountable moderation silences genuine voices unfairly.

I tried reddit advertising for my business. I strongly recommend against it. First of all the £10 pounds card active check was never given back. It has been a year now and though I contacted their support and they said it will happen on its own it never did. I am not trying to remove my card from their system but it does not allow me. There is 1p remaining that they don't allow me to pay for and when I pay the allowed remainder the service states that i can not remove the card because there is still an update balance.

The ads also didn't perform though at least this part may differ based on the business.

Wiped without warning: My entire profile was gutted and all posts deleted after sharing a normal knowledge-sharing blog as usual.

The automatic detection system is a nightmare everywhere nowadays. The irony is: Humans now spend half their time proving their humanity to soulless algorithms.

Show you get your account blocked fir no reason if someone disagree with your comments which are not rude. Stay away they do not deserve the aur time

I appreciate Reddit's desire to keep their site spam free, but at the same time they block any legitimate questions to gather information from users that are complaining exactly about the problem you are trying to solve. Reddit's filters and banning practices are obnoxious. I can understand that spamming is obnoxious as well. But solving real problems and gathering real information should not be mindlessly blocked. Reddit is blocking entrepreneurs seeking real improvements and real change. They would rather have people complain endlessly and offer bad advice and solutions. I have a very annoyed feeling about Reddit. Their site is buggy as hell too when they start banning and filtering posts. They don't even tell you why.

I posted a Change.org petition about Capital Bikeshare’s mismanagement by Lyft and shared it in the relevant Washington DC and bikeshare subreddits. Shortly afterward, Reddit began removing any reference to the petition. My account (Botsal) was banned without a clear explanation of which rule I supposedly violated, and the appeal process provided no meaningful information. Even my IP and email addresses were blocked. Based on the timing, it appears that local officials may have complained, and Reddit responded by aggressively suppressing the discussion. Regardless of the cause, the lack of transparency and accountability in their moderation is unacceptable.

Once the reddit was great place to read real time answers and reviews.

Now its filled with spammers who post fake answers and review for money through freelance micro jobs.

Anteriormente ya modificaron un mensaje (en la traducción del español al inglés, pero luego modificaron el mensaje en español por el más hiriente traducido de la traducción al inglés) para lograr más polarización (a pesar de que yo había elegido mis palabras para no ser tan hiriente.
En definitiva, malas practicas de REDDIT, censura y forzar polarización.

This company is filled with nothing but complete contradictive A holes! Don't let people get away with breaking rules. But yet, if they don't like you or your accounter, I don't know what they will ban you for they'll just make something up and ban your account. I opened app my account for the very first time. First, the Reddit account I ever had. And they already banned me for some comment that I don't even know what I didn't ask. No one The dm me I didn't reveal no sourcing of where to get drugs or nothing. I didn't hurt no one's feelings, but yet. I see, people sourcing telling people where to get drugs all over the place on the app, but yet they're not banned. And this app is a piece of shit and run by people who are arrogant and contradictive!

If I could give this company a zero I would do it someone last night posted on my post in the HeyCash Survey forum and this man whoever he is came on there posted pretty calling me stupid and uneducated and you misspelled words tell8ng me I need to see a mental health provider and I am grtting my account suspended for harassment and I wasn't even harassing anyone he reported me. This app is stupid and if he thinks or Reddit thinks us disabled folks can't file a lawsuit they better think again.

No free speech on here.if you give a reply to someone...even it's polite...you will be banned... If it's not convenient to Reddit...strongly recommend to avoid that site
