Completely ruined our Artwork
Completely ruined our Artwork! We used this company to deliver a £15000 piece of art. They said it was a service they could do unfortunately they merely covered in a cheap blanket in small van with cardboard boxes around it and it’s arrived with deep scratches and marks all over it. Selena have denied any responsibility despite their own pictures of the item they took show the damage. The deny dismantling it into two pieces even though we have the photos of it arriving in two pieces which they scratched putting it together. Despite the time stamped photos and the photos they took all showing damage they deny everything. We are completely distraught and disgusted they just choose to deny everything, they have been rude and dishonest over phone and emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COWBOYS.

This review concerns an unresolved dispute where the customer has submitted pre-dated invoices and made false claims that are currently under formal investigation by our compliance team. The matter includes documentation proving that the damage they reference pre-dated our collection. The review is misleading and intended to damage our reputation while pressuring us to pay an invalid invoice. We request it be removed as a conflict of interest and part of a potentially abusive pattern.

I was only around 7-10 minutes late to deliver and they sacked me right away on my first day. I Dont recommend dealing with their staff employees. Not Kind at all !
