My sunglasses came out perfect! ADS did a great job.

I have finally been able to use my new glasses for a few rounds of golf. The magnification part is acceptable The looks and function are only OK. On the second day using the glasses they got dropped approx. 3 feet onto the edge of the cart and now have a major scratch on one lense. This is not acceptable. For the price of this product they should be able to take a minor fall, and not even show damage. I would never buy or recommend this product to anyone. I would expect to hear back on your thoughts. With all due respect to Mr DuMais his comment about cost not having anything to do with the quality of the product is silly at best. Also the comment that the lens can withstand a 12 gauge shotgun blast even in the stupid category. People should be warned that this product can be scratched( in written form) very easy. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and move on . As a retired person this was a major step for me and I will not spend more hard earned money on a product that is clearly not worth the cost. As you can imagine I will not have anything good to say about Oakley and the optics people they work with .

I was not told the frames I wanted was on backorder and they did not know when they would be available, So I had to settle on different frames .

My order was entered and processed in one day. Shipment was a week later. I’m very satisfied. This is my second time using ADS but won’t be my last.

Have owned Oakley prescription sunglasses from ADS that were great. Now, I needed a new pair but Oakley had discontinued the glasses I had so they sent me three pair to try. I decided that none were correct so they then knew which pair would work. My Rudy Projects they made for me are fantastic! Best ever! Highly recommend the way they fit you for prescription sunglasses!

I love my new prescription Oakley sunglasses! I can see great and they fit so perfectly. I am an avid motorcycle rider and need a good pair of sunglasses that fit close to my face to eliminate the amount of air in my eyes. These are amazing! Customer service was above and beyond when I called with questions before my purchase. I will recommend to all my friends.

Perfect fit for a sunglass that has a 6 base curve. No problems adjusting from wearing a flat to a curvier frame.

The complete process was very smooth and I was contacted to verify my prescription. My glasses came faster than expected and fit and perform as expected.

Love there web site , like the way when you change color in the lens you can see it on the type of glasses you have selected ! I forgot to give them my discount code and when asked they gave it to me anyway ! only one negative wanted an extra set of gaskets and they forgot ( riding glasses ) would shop again with them ...

The variety of frames, lenses and options are impressive! Not sure how, they do it. Not sure about the transition part of my prescription. Noticed when looking at the ground that things got blurry. Mind you, I've only been able to use the lenses once since they arrived.

I have bought prescription lenses numerous times from ADS and until my last transaction, had a positive experience. My last transaction was shipped to the incorrect address. I alerted the staff to this, and the excuse I got was that on their internal system, it showed the address they shipped to. The address I specified was printed on the receipt so there is a problem with their system. This is not my problem and I'm not interested in why it was incorrectly shipped.

I was able to recover the item and have it forwarded to me, but it's resulted in an an additional two weeks to receive the item. I was in a hurry to get item for a golf trip so the delay was very disappointing.

I received a sincere apology, but unfortunately an apology doesn't do anything to help my situation. I believe in retail, when the vendor makes a mistake they have to stand behind it and make a gesture like a store credit and provide an assurance that they will do whatever it takes to make sure I be whole in case the goods can't be recovered.
