As another review has said, this company does not give out refund. First they say their refund policy is 60 days. Then you wait for 60 days and they just give stupid excuses that they will expedite the process. Now i have already waited over 120 days....
I have a dedicated media buying team, and this system allows us to coordinate budget increases more efficiently and strategically. We have clear visibility on who is managing which accounts and campaigns, which helps us avoid overlaps, reduce errors, and eliminate duplicated efforts.
It also enables us to intervene quickly when issues arise, reallocate budgets in real time, and adapt to performance changes without disrupting ongoing campaigns. As a result, client management is far more structured and transparent, internal workflows are smoother, and performance remains stable and scalable over time, even when operating in complex niche.
I paid US$ 1,120 trusting Adtucon’s infrastructure to run campaigns using whitelisted accounts. What I got was a professional nightmare: disregard, incompetence, and real financial loss.
🔴 WHAT HAPPENED:
I requested whitelisted accounts to run ads on Facebook.
I waited for over 3 weeks and NOTHING was delivered.
I was attended by a parade of unprepared agents (Sara, Ilaria, Edie, Gabriele, Lino, Maria Pia), all repeating empty phrases like “we understand your frustration” — but no one actually solved anything.
Tired of waiting, I asked to use my balance on Bing Ads (which they also claim to offer).
The credit was already with them, but they said they couldn’t transfer it to Bing Ads.
Let me be clear: my money was already on their platform, and they denied my right to use it as I wanted.
I tried to allocate $700 for Bing, then asked to move the full $1,000 — both were denied.
Still, despite all that bad faith, I gave them one more chance and tried to go with Bing.
The result: I got strung along for another 10 days. And in the end... they also failed to deliver any Bing Ads account.
That means: over a month with my company completely stopped, unable to launch a single ad, and without spending even $1 of what I paid.
⚠️ WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND:
When I asked for my refund, they told me it could take up to 60 days.
Sixty days to return money that was paid instantly and never used.
That’s absurd — a total insult to any serious professional.
❌ THE SUPPORT IS A CIRCUS OF INCOMPETENCE:
Copy-paste answers with no understanding of the situation.
Constant changes in support agents, each one starting from scratch.
Tickets closed without any resolution.
Repeatedly asked for information I had already sent.
Ignored deadlines, ignored damages, ignored the client.
⛔ SUMMARY OF MY EXPERIENCE:
US$ 1,120 locked with no delivery.
Business frozen for over 90 days.
Zero professionalism.
They refused to let me use the balance already in their platform.
Failed to deliver what was promised — neither for Meta nor for Bing.
And when I asked for my money back, they imposed a ridiculous 2-month delay.
📢 MY WARNING TO THE MARKET:
Adtucon (formerly Whitelist Pro) is the WORST agency I’ve ever dealt with in over 4 years working with paid traffic.
What they offer is an illusion. In practice, they don’t deliver, don’t resolve, and don’t respect.
If you value your business, your time, and your investment:
STAY AWAY. This company will let you down — and keep your money hostage.
I have screenshots of all conversations to prove every word I’m saying.
And I’m sharing this experience in every forum, group, and public channel I’m part of, so that other entrepreneurs don’t fall victim to this company like I did.
When I tried to add US$ 1,000 in balance, I was surprised with a 12% fee, even though the contract clearly states that the standard fee is 10%.
The reason? I was using cryptocurrency as the payment method.
But at no point in the contract or any prior communication was it stated that crypto payments would be charged a higher percentage.
In other words: on top of not delivering the service, they still try to charge more than what was agreed, with zero transparency.
Just another example of the disorganization and bad faith behind Adtucon.
