Bad/Great/Bad experience/ revised review
Terrible, the subscription did not work as advertised. A subsequent attempt at purchasing yielded identical results.
Emailed and have received no correspondence to remedy the situation.
Updated: I received fast and expedient remedy for my issue, I am satisfied and would recommend to others .
Update #2: well, same account that I had issues with are not receiving a response from the vendor . It’s still under the 30day warranty period and two request for assistance have fallen on deaf ears.
