Advance America - Vacaville - 895 Markham Avenue Reviews

Edelyn & Liz are so friendly & helpful everytime!! I always look forward to interacting with them whenever I can. There both worth an honorable mention & so much more then just regular average employees. They are the best kind of people that exist.

Actually I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences with your previous male supervisor. The lady who works there now is great. she’s patient she explains everything great and always has very positive energy especially in watching her deal with a couple of difficult customers. She’s great

Thank you very much for helping me with my emergency need.

Always a pleasure and there when I need it the most thank you

Just happy with the service I receive every time I go to the store

Great customer service. Always friendly and fast service.

Always polite and very professional
No hassle approach

Staff in the local Vacaville CA office are very friendly & outgoing. Flexible with adjusted payment dates and I don't fell negative ever! I fell like a person with them, not a loan or anything else.

Workers are great with their service esp the new Manager Israel, shame is the high % rates but who else is going to loan the money too us,you would even have more customers with a lower rate but that ain't happening,I see many folks need it esp us Seniors it gets us by the month,ok THXS for your services,I wish I could have a 1 month delay payment as Coronavirus is costing,I only get SSI and 1 month would really help and be a blessing THXS

Very friendly clean and the manager is awesome he's always so nice thank you advance America.

Easy to apply and understand the process. Thank you for tour support and explanation during my first visit.

Love getting loans whenever I need them. There fast and the employees are great.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences every single time I’ve had to visit this place. The customer service is awesome and amazing. They all know me by name. And I would absolutely recommend to any and everyone who needs their services ❤️

Advance America provides me with great customer service, they are usually quick and efficient.

La atención es perfecta y recomiendo a toda persona q necesitan de un préstamo

I was stuck in traffic but needed some extra cash. Israel in the Vacaville branch told me he would wait for me! He’s awesome and I was able to make my transaction. Thank you!!

No long application process. Staff was friendly and efficient in a timely manner. Staff did not discriminate against disability income applicants. I will recommend to people in a pinch or unexpected emergencies.
