I've never been treated so aggressively by a contractor. Matt demanded immediate payment and my business card details without providing an invoice, despite being told our agreed payment terms are 30 days from invoice. He threatened to remove the completed work if I didn't pay immediately.

He also repeatedly called after work hours while I was on leave, accused me of ignoring him, and continued harassing me even after I repeatedly requested an invoice—which I only received much later. Completely unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable.

Awful experience with this company. They called to cancel an appointment that they had booked three days before coming. Absolutely zero customer service to try and rectify their mistake to help me. Treated like an idiot and belittled by call handler. Absolutely no accountability to try and help resolve the issue that was THEIR mistake and some serious customer service training needed.

Came out really quickly to a washing machine leak, fixed quickly and not excessive price. Will definitely use again and can recommend

Straightforward booking online and Matt made a big effort to fit me in quickly - my washing machine had broken down and I was pretty desperate! Matt was prompt, polite and kept me well informed. Unfortunately the problem with the machine was a big one and I took the decision not to have it repaired but to replace it. I appreciated his advice on this, and overall am happy with the service I received. I would use this company again.

Brendan was on time, professional and polite. He diagnosed the fault with our dishwasher and had it fixed in double quick time. I will definitely use him again!

After waiting 2 days for an engineer to come out to fix are washing machine.
The engineer turns up and only takes 20 mins to look at it, and says "you really need a new washing machine" and then gives us a bill for £57!
So now i have to buy a new washing machine and pay £57 for nothing.
Waste of time.

It’s a shame there is no ‘-‘ star to choose from because they deserve that, at the very least! Service terrible

Came out for 2 mins. Looked at the dryer... "can't repair that". Still charged £78. Avoid
