Subject: Issue with Promised Discount on First Order
I recently placed an online order on your website, and I must say that the overall ordering process was straightforward and convenient. However, I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience regarding the promised 30% discount for first-time customers.
During the registration process, I was informed that upon signing up with my email, I would receive a code to avail the aforementioned discount on my first order. Unfortunately, I did not receive any such code, and as a result, I was unable to apply the discount to my purchase.
