Choices have been so efficient it's hard to overstate how highly I rate the service they have provided. On the day of completing the property purchase Sam Wilkins had the property on the market. This was immediately before the Christmas holiday, so I wasn't expecting much. But literally on the first day back in the new year Sam was in touch to confirm they had a tenant, who proved to come with very good references and ready within a week to move in. The property was let within a month from purchase. I'm very grateful for the service Choices are providing and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Firstly I would like to thank Sam and Millie for making the experience extremely easy I signed 2 properties up and they took over the process and stress from the very first phone call Sam has been more than happy to stay on the phone and help with any issues ( which is a rarity in this day and age ) Millie has constantly been proactive in completing all steps and communicating so promptly they are both such a credit to the company. Highly recommend you will be in safe hands

Louise at Insight has been my Superhero this last month. I have a reasonably sized portfolio and due to some of the current market situations we've had a couple of voids.

This has had a negative short term effect on cashflow and due to some maintenance requirements on 2 properties before they could be relet. Catch 22 and I was looking outside for a business loan.

When I spoke with Louise on this, she basically said 'Dave - you don't need a loan. The ARO of the first re-let will give you the cash you need to get the others up and running again.'

She then went on to explain they could also guarantee the rent, thus eliminating risk.

Considering the current 'interest rates' with banks or the local loan shark 'micky the greek' round the corner, I was actually astonished how low the costs on this actually were.
