Really excellent service from start to finish. We opted for an in store fitting for my son before his school ski trip, and it was ideal - he was able to try on all sorts of gear and we got everything we needed in one hit. The delivery at the time of the trip was great, timely and the gear was all in great condition. The information and guidance was very useful. The return process was seamless, with everything provided. We’ll definitely use Adventure Kit Hire again and have recommended them to others.

I can not thank the ladies at this hire company enough, I was find it really hard trying to find good quality ski gear in plus size, by the time I found them I was extremely upset as most places only went up to a size 16. They were so helpful and supportive, I did not once feel out of place while having a fitting, I walked in in floods of tears and walked out smiling. So much so I went straight home and booked appointments for my 2 children and husband. The quality of the ski wear was brilliant, we had a day of rain and still bone dry and not cold at all on the slopes. I will be a regular here now. Thank you for providing such an amazing and friendly service.

The lovely team were incredibly helpful in helping us choose the right kit. The quality of the kit was great too. We hired a wagon from Adventure Kit Hire that was due to arrive before Christmas. When the courier company lost it in transit (entirely beyond their control), Adventure Kit Hire went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They personally drove to our home on Christmas Eve to deliver a replacement wagon, ensuring we had it in time for our trip. We were incredibly grateful for their dedication – they absolutely didn't have to do this.

The wagon itself was brilliant and arrived in excellent condition. The returns process was straightforward and hassle-free. Adventure Kit Hire are genuinely lovely people who clearly care about their customers. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Really easy hire, delivery and return service. I’ve used Kickr, Tacx and Saris trainers and all have been in superb condition, easy to set up and use and good value for money.

I recently rented a wetsuit and the entire process was delightful. The ease of identifying the right fit for a breaststroke swimmer and returning the suit at the end of the rental period made for a hassle-free experience. The team was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

I have used them for a number of years for my sons school skiing trips. the boys grow so fast I have sometimes got the wrong sizes . And they have replaced them within 3 days to the door. No fuss at all 10 /10
